Absolutely loved our experience cruising the Yarra with City River Cruises! The boat was really lovely and clean unlike all the other boats that smell like they've had thousands of hens and bucks parties on board. The staff/crew were really helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend these guys if you've got a couple of hours to spare! :)

Brought a ticket for me and my 2 year old for the 10.30 cruise today. By 11 we were still not on the move. I asked when we would be going and was told we would depart when more people were on board as it was very quiet but they couldn't say when that would be. The captain offered a refund which I took but wasn't apologetic at all but the deckhand did apologise as I left with a toddler having a meltdown. Luckily there are plenty of boat cruises that operate on the Yarra and the one we did eventually go on ran to the timetable they advertised even with the minimal passengers they had on board.
If you're only going to run a service when you have enough people you should at least warn people.
