Myself, my husband and daughter stayed on the night of Saturday 2nd December, room was clean, spacious and enough room for us three. Found hairs on the toilet seat and sink, shower head not practicable, my main concern was the mould on the bedroom roof and it was a big area where the mould is, Walford you really need to look at the mould for people who have health issues!!! Also please remove from your website that you have a cafe because you definitely don't, we were told the cafe had not been opened for at least a year and a half that is false advertising

Not worth it unless you are desperate.

Bare minimum, inferior to competition. Ugly. Noisy aircon (can manually turn off if don't care about temperature or humidity). Bathroom worse than a hostel (just shower curtain over a bathroom floor).
Fridge is turned on by guests so warm when you arrive.
Single glazed windows. Location noisy by road, cars driving past is audible and honking.

I mentioned that late check-in was required but nobody gave me any information to obtain the room key. Eventually I had to call the hotline for help right in front of the entrance (6:30pm). Besides, the room was blacked out due to electricity failure when we entered the room. It took us more than half an hour to fix the issue. The room is large but it is far away from bus or railway station. A car park is available free-of-charge but we were not driving.

Hotel is in a brilliant location, close to shops and bars and restaurants. We booked a 1 bedroom unit and I'm so glad we stayed in the hotel. The apartment was larger than it appeared in the photos which was great for two of the five nights we stayed. The "kitchen"ette and bathroom were completely serviceable and clean .Reception were super helpful, allowing one of our party to check in before me as the main booker.
I'd recommend this hotel for location, and the handy pool. It's not super modern but great all the same and very good value for money for Sydney accommodation

Great location, friendly helpful staff, free secure parking, comfy bed. Bathroom could be cleaner - hair in the drain + on the floor. Otherwise good value for $. Nice and quiet.

My wife Daughter and I spent a horrible week in a one bedroom unit. Nothing seemed to work for us or was already broken , the allstar box, bbq on the roof, hot tub, oven, shelves in the fridge and the blinds. On our last night I went to go to the roof top and when I got in the elevator my key card stopped working and it took me to the main floor. I tried to take the stairs but the door was locked and after half an hour another guest came in and was able to get me to my floor. After trying to wake my wife up by knocking and getting yelled at by someone across the hall I had to call our room from my Canadian cell phone and that ended up costing us $120.

I've stayed at a lot of serviced apartments and this is on top of the list. Great location, decent wifi, and they actually clean your room everyday. Also very nice sized rooms and friendly staff. The rooms could use some updating tho.
