Much smaller than anticipated, not clean at all, balcany room more an overstatement on a small step attached to the wall.

RUN!! Place smells of cat and cigarettes. Maybe the private bathrooms are ok but I unfortunately booked a shared bathroom and it was GROSS.
The decor in the reception area is beautiful, but take a look inside the bathroom to the right of the tv. I tried several times to upgrade to a private bath or find another place but alas, it was not to be :(
They supposedly have free breakfast but there is no way I would touch it. The best thing about this place was the shuttle bus driver who came to take me away to the airport, very prompt and pleasant guy.response / report this review -

Be very careful with this place - if you call them the number redirects to a foreign call-centre so you can't actually speak to anyone in Australia. The place was so bad that I didn't bother to stay my two nights, and the foreign call centre staff could barely speak English so they pretended they didn't know what "refund" meant. I didn't bother to report them to the ACCC, so I just let them keep all of my money.

I was skeptical about staying here as there wasnt a lot of info available. But the room was good, water pressure in the shower was good and there was a good amount of privacy.

DISGUSTING.
Dirty sheets! I only realised after I'd slept in it, that some else, or multiple people had slept in it before. There was BLOOD on my pillow slip, and my friend's.
Mould all throughout the bathroom walls and in between the tiles, including a lovely wall of lint and bugs stuck to to it from the bathroom fan blowing the dirt in the air I suppose.
The floor was filthy, looked like it hadn't been mopped in a while, and the ceiling fan had electrical wires hanging out of it.
I felt like I needed another shower after using theirs. Staff were also standoffish and completely unwelcoming. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.response / report this review -

Dont believe the pictures!! We stayed there and it smelt gross as soon as you walked in. We walked down a dingy corridor to our room which used to be a laundry or bathroom. The bed looked clean but there was no doona cover on the blanket and it was yellow!! The shared bathroom was mouldy and i showered with thongs on. I wouldn't recommend this to absolutely anyone.

Was unclean. Floor is sticky, doesn't feel mopped or wiped. There are stains on the pillows and on doona, which had no covers. Shower head is duct taped on the wall. Fridge is dirty, tea towel hasnt been changed in possibly years. Teas aren't in wrappers. I am sure you will rethink your tea 2 choice. The road outside is loud, walls aren't sound proof. Windows are made of perspex and cracked and dirty. Do not seal properly or stay open. And therefore myself and my guest could not sleep. There is no air conditioning and the fan sounds like it will fall off and kill you. There are markings on the wall. No spare toilet paper. Other people's hair was found in the bed, and a pubic hair was found on toilet roll holders. This raises questions as to whether the sheets are clean. There is no microwave or hairdryer as advertised and there are markings on the wall. The bin is also filthy. This place should not cost $120 bucks for two adults.

Central location .. close to city , walk to everywhere in city. Nice people and beautiful service. My friend felt it was a top place to stay.
