I had the best tooth extraction experience today. I didnt even feel a thing. The staff was very friendly and professional. The lady in the reception is very polite. 5 star rating for this dental clinic!

Met the great staff at Vinnova for the first time and it was as if they already new us (my wife and myself). Fantastic service with a smile from the reception to the nurse and dentist; we give them the biggest thumbs up!! Excellent history taking, probing for details and giving back detailed explanations for my current teeth problems I am facing. This was followed by the procedure; dentist conscientious about my well-being, continued to ask me if I was comfortable during the cleaning of my teeth. We could not ask for anything more than they gave us. Thanks to them for shedding some light on my gum problems!!!!!

What a fab bunch of people at Vinnova dental! I was made to feel very welcome, appointments ran to time so no waiting around, and the team reallt put me at ease. The cost was competitive and root canal painless! Looking forward to the Vinnova team taking care if all my dental needs from now on.

Had my 6 month inspect and clean this am. All staff were welcoming, friendly, respectful and courteous. My gums are sensitive which may have lead to some anxiety so some LA gel was used and my clean was carried out professionally and I felt comfortable and in safe hands. We had a chat about my teeth and possible treatment next time to think about, and what to do in the mean time. I felt well cared for. My teeth feel clean and look great so I can smile away happily. Good job as usual all at Vinova:)
Plus, there was a new wallet payment available which I was the first to use which was great because I had accidentally left my Health fund card at home :)
