Positive: Professionalism, Quality
Best bond cleaning is the only cleaning company I have found that have actually been able to do what I need them to do. They also gave my place the best cleaning it has had. Other companies "deep cleans" were not actually very deep of a clean. Best bond cleaning actually did what they said they would do. I hope to keep using them for many many more services to come!

They were responsive and friendly. But, they asked for more money after coming for cleaning, saying property is not in good condition. It was in average condition and I had to pay what they asked as there was no other option in the last minute. Even after paying what they asked for, property was not properly cleaned and the agent reported lot of cleaning issues. I had to call them back for another round of cleaning. They did a good job in the second turn. But I clearly felt the big extra amount they asked for is unreasonable. When you ask for more money than the original quote, customer at least expect a better service.

The booking process was simple, they communicated with us, the price was affordable and our bond clean (including steam carpet clean) was thoroughly done!
