Moving permanently interstate is far easier than trying to find an excellent GP at mid age and a history of medical significance. This, and transferring records, was my major anxious worry of all things in moving. However, after moving into the suburb of Birtinya I so fortunately found this wonderful surgery and Dr Yoko Yamauchi and have never looked back. Dr Yoko Sensei is absolutely marvellous. Gentle, caring, knowledgeable, kind, patient and genuinely interested Yoko Sensei put me at ease immediately with her calming nature and professionalism. I couldn’t possibly ask for a better GP than Yoko Sensei and am full of gratitude.

I recently had a consultation with Dr Yasser as my usual Doctor, Yoko Sensei, was away.
Dr Yasser is a very kind, gentle, knowledgeable and understanding doctor.as well.
My husband regularly sees him and is very pleased to have found Dr Yasser. He feels heard and understood for a chronic health condition and always speaks so highly of him. We both feel so very fortunate to have found both doctors after moving to this area only 6 months ago.

All of the medical receptionists are nurses are beautifully natured, helpful, kind, gentle and patient and nothing is a bother for them. They are extremely welcoming and accommodating which is very refreshing and hard to find these days.

Have just moved to Birtinya and needed a new Doctor.
I went today to see Doctor Hussein.
The whole experience was flawless from the lovely receptionist Julie-Ann to the waiting room and seeing the Doctor.
Spotless practice and only a 10 minute walk from where I live.

Fantastic.. reception staff were so helpful, they offered assistance when they saw that I needed it, but more importantly, they did this pro-actively, without me needing to ask. Very observant, very caring, very sincere.

I just don't have the words to fully express my gratitude for his professional, caring, knowledgeable and immediate and ongoing focus on my medical issue.
