If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Great location, walking distance from museum station. Short stroll from town hall and darling harbour. Lots of restaurants near by as well. The staff are friendly and serve with a smile.
The rooms are big and well lit.
The decor and furnishings could do with a makeover though.
Overall a good hotel within a modest budget.

Wallpaper is peeling from the walls, shower was dirty, and room smelled. Don’t be fooled by the lobby, this hotel needs complete refurbishment.

The lobby is great, but that’s where the good things about the Vibe Hotel end. The hallways on level 2 smelled of moldy cheese. It was disgusting! Then I got to my king bed room and found two doubles. They fixed it after telling me they couldn’t.

I was staying here because my neighbour was having a party. Next time I have guests visiting from out of town I won’t put them up here. It felt like a hostel.

Lovely hotel, large room, very comfortable bed, loads of wardrobe space, very clean wuth lovely staff. We didn't use the restaurant so, can't comment. The location is great for sightseeing, very central for all areas.

Good quality hotel in CBD location. Definitely worth upgrading to the better room types as they are huge! Comfortable rooms, well appointed although bathrooms are quite dated. Excellent water pressure. Good Cafe/bar downstairs when it's open. Affordable rates for southern end of town.

Hotel is well located - walkable distance to central, capitol theatre, etc. Room was spacious, but didn't seem well thought out - the space seems a little awkward. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Enjoyed the bath tub. Was able to drop off and store my luggage there when I went to Blue Mountains for a night.

Hotel reception will gladly assist to make bookings for transfer to the airport 1 day in advance. They took down the details (including the time) when I asked in the morning before we went out - there was no receipt or ticket issued. Decided to confirm my booking when I returned at night, paid by cash and got 2 tickets (no time written). I don't know how our 8am booking got mistakened to be 7am though - got a rude shock when the hotel dialed our room at 6.50am and told us that our shuttle was waiting! When I clarified that we had always requested for 8am shuttle, the staff actually asked us to 'just come down' like seriously? Upon my insistence, the staff then went to check and called me back to say that our shuttle will be at 8am. Odd.

Other than the airport shuttle, our stay was alright. Had expected slightly better for the price paid though.

Excellent venue for a recent Event held there!

Great cafe on the corner, the staff there are all super polite & engaging over the 4 days we were visiting.

Spacious foyer, a very chilled out vibe and great clean and well kept facilities.

first time I stayed with vibe was horrific. But spoke to Ryan and he was a nice man and willing to do anything to help me a top bloke and I seriously recommend this place now ! sweet salty leather furniture with a hint of rich vanish this beautiful man helped me in more ways than i could possibly fathom. AMAZING

Comfortable non fussy just what you need after a long trip. Staff are friendly and cater to your needs and of course your only a few minutes away from the Heart of Sydney. Love the extras like the Bar & Conference rooms. For a Global Traveller like Me - I Highly recommend especially for Business Travelers.

Convenient location. Close to transit, food and shopping. Decent size room and decor. Pretty noise proof for the location. Only negative was no laundry. Guest can use the laundry in the Travelodge next door. not the best option if you are tired from exploring all day. Over all not bad for location.

I have given Vibe Hotel on Goulburn Street five stars because it is a great, no-frills hotel experience. The location is very convenient; the accommodation clean and inviting and I like the décor too. The reception staff are friendly as well. It is a little expensive but most hotels are these days. I quite liked it.

Hotel is a slightly run down but comfortable. If you can try to book stay without breakfast, you will pay premium for toast and scrambled eggs. The staff is very polite and we felt welcome except Daniel in restaurant. He had wrong attitude every morning, he was rude to guests and if asked for help he was rolling eyes almost every time. So try to stay there only if you can't find something better.

Rooms were a bit dated but comfortable. Gym and pool on the roof is great. Even if the gym is mediocre, fantastic spot for a work out and do into the pool. Was in a bind for last minute accomodations and was the last room available so value was understandable okay.
