Family friendly with a kitchen and laundry in our room. Pool in building and playground next door. Handy having 24hr convenience store just across the street. Clean, modern and comfortable. Would recommend to everyone, especially those with kids as they are free using existing bedding! ☺☺☺

great location, close walk to the botanical gardens and about a 25 min walk to the opera house. my apartment was nice and spacious with separate bedroom and bathroom with laundry. there is a pool with sauna downstairs. I only wish the pool was a little longer-not ideal for swimming laps, it took me five strokes to swim across :D

Great place to stay in Sydney, it's not in the CBD but there's a nearby bus stop. The rooms are clean and spacious. The heating was very slow to heat the room but ones it's heated it stay hot. It was winter so we didn't use the indoor pool. All the facilities you'd except are there, but not up to par with what you'd expect, for the price you pay.

Lovely and very helpful staff, however the quality of the rooms was quite poor. No doona on The bed, just a show cover. Bed leg was broken meaning a wonky and uncomfortable sleep. Fridge was warm and leaked puddles of water every time we opened it which means our meat for dinner was ruined. Microwave was sparking and could not be used (however this was quickly replaced when addressed). And there was a cockroach in the bathroom when we arrived. Overall, our stay here was a bit disappointing but props to the lovely staff for being so helpful and kind to us.

Great location and close enough to the major tourist locations provided you don't mind the walk. Only downside was the lack of ramp access which made getting in and out with a pram a bit of a hassle. 8.5/10

Nice hotel in a good spot, the access to attractions and location made it a good stay. The flat was comfortable, with all the ammenities. Only issue was at our arrival: finding the front desk personnel took a bit more than expected. Highly recommended.

Oh! THIS HOTEL!

I thought i booked a wrong hotel when i entered the receptionist. There was NOBODY there. That's a minus point there.

But when i saw the room, it's blew away my expectations. The room was HUGE! SUPER COMFY! The bathroom was super complete as well (with Bathtub!).

Overall a nice experience!

Note : The reception only opens for certain times in a day, and requires you to call a number (which i don't know) if you're checking in outside business hours.
