Please ask your reception team to stop repeating credit card numbers when making payments over the phone. There’s too many scams now days and too many dodgy people willing to rip people off for things like this to be reiterated in a waiting room potentially full of people. Other than that we have been happy with the service.

The team at ultimate health are amazing! From walking into the door for my appointment you are welcomed by the reception staff and the Physiotherapist are great! They really are sure you are taken care of and problems looked after!

From the booking (via Vanessa) to the actual treatment session (with James), I can say nothing but good impressions.

Booking an appointment was a cinch via a quick phone call. My inquiries were adequately answered (with no sense of hurry) and with sincerity. Upon reaching the clinic, I was greeted and welcomed like a good friend.

The physio session was also well worth it. It was not limited to "fixing" the issue alone and was complemented by background conversations on informative facts, friendly chats about life in general, and new experiences on physio treatment.

A shout out also goes to Craig, Will, Kelly, and the rest of the physio staff who attended to us on previous treatment sessions (ankle sprain, dislocated knee rehab, tennis elbow).

In summary excellent staff legends! I have recommended them to friends. :)

I have been taking my son to Ultimate health for over a year now. I had taken him to a different service provider before hand where he received help for 8 months. He developed more in 4 weeks at Ultimate Health with Lisa more than he did in the months at the previous service provider. The staff are always so welcoming and helpful, they go above and beyond and can always put a smile on my face and my son's! I have even used their occupational and physiotherapy services, all are exceptional! I can't fault them on anything! The facilities are always clean and well maintained! They also are NDIS service providers. I highly recommend this business!
