Our Journey with Aston Hones commenced in 2020 when we walked into an Aston Homes display home and we were greeted by Steve K the new home consultant. As soon as we walked through the Havana display home we knew we were home. We knew this would be perfect for our family.
Steve was very professional but also so relatable and dedicated his time to explaining the build process to us and was available to answer any questions we had.
Then the pandemic hit and we had to wait before proceeding further.
During this time Steve kept the line of communication open and It was his exceptional costumer service that impressed us.
Once we secured land we moved to the tender stage, we were introduced to the lovely Helen who looked after us as our client liaison .We made a few changes and customised the Havana floor-plan to suit our needs as a family of 6.
Helen was professional and knowledgeable in this area and answered any of our questions or queries.
At this stage, we were able to finalise our plans and sign our build contract in June of 2022 .
Our land settled in October 2022 and on January 17th 2023 Helen called to inform us our build contract moved to construction . Soon after we were introduced to our site supervisor James M.
From our first meeting, we knew we were in good hands he took us through our finalised plans including the engineering plans , he informed us of how often he would communicate with us, we left our meeting so excited for the journey ahead .
Our site was cut on January 30th 2023

and handover day was July 7th 2023 .
Our build took 23 weeks in total.
James our Site Supervisor was exceptional at organising trades and contractors to be on site to complete each stage .
He always updated us each Thursday as promised and was available to answer any questions we had.
He has left a huge impression on us and we are abundantly grateful to him for Supervising our Build.
The site was continuously kept clean with site cleans after each stage was complete .
When we had opportunities to speak to contractors on site, they were all speaking highly of Aston Homes and our site supervisor James, who they really enjoy working for.
Each week, our build progressed, and we were so impressed and overwhelmed with how it all flowed effortlessly and how what was once an empty lot in January 2023 now in July 2023 has our beautiful family home built on it.

Unbelievably inconsiderate! Two days in a row of starting construction at a completely unreasonable time in a street full of occupied homes! This morning started VERY loud work at 5am!!! Thank you for keeping my entire family awake and waking up my baby!!! Extremely angry.

All I Can Say Is Satisfied!!
All I can say about ASTON Homes is that I highly recommend them. From my first contact with their sales representative Tom to seven months later handover with the supervisor Joe, the process and communication was both transparent and seamless. Ever since I stumbled upon them whilst looking for a builder I never looked back, not only were their prices unbeatable for the inclusions they had as standard but also of a high quality and standard that couldn’t be matched.
From the onset, Tom was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful in helping us decide on the final floor plan and went above and beyond in accommodating some tweaks to the floorplan that ensured all our needs were met before finally concluding everything at the Tender drawings stage. This was all while maintaining a quick turnaround to change requests with prompt responses. He even kept in touch thereafter just to check in on how everything was going to ensure all our needs were still being met when he didn’t have to. Thereafter, the colour selection stage was also met with professional staff who guided us through what worked & complimented each other best.
When we got to actual build stage, we were introduced to Joe who held our hand through the rest of the process which was not only quite quick compared to other builders but filled with updates on any minor delays even if it was a day or a week due to unfavourable conditions. Joe also went above and beyond in letting us visit the site under his supervision to see the progress over various stages and also send pictures as the build progressed. Before handover, he took it upon himself to ensure the house was perfect marking up any minor issues as a private inspector would do and ensuring the issues were addressed before handover took place. Even weeks after handover was done, he ensured he kept in touch and endeavoured to address even the most minor issues by chasing up the relevant Tradies to do whatever touch ups we deemed necessary in a timely manner to our ultimate satisfaction. On one occasion, he personally attended to some of the issues which was quite humbling. All I can say is I am very happy with choosing ATSON homes as my builder and highly recommend them to anyone thinking of building their home or investment .I definitely look forward to building with them again in future should the opportunity arise.response / report this review -

I would say Aston homes is one of the best builder in Melbourne. Build my first house 3 years ago, we had a great experience, very smooth process from initial deposit till the handover. No dramas at all and the best after handover service. Very professional.

Recently I got the keys to my first home and building with Aston was an absolute breeze! My first point of contact was Tom, he made me feel at home instantly! Tom knew it was my first home and was so nurturing, we built so much trust and a great relationship with consistent communication even after I was moved to the next stage all the way up to the last!
Tom’s suggestions throughout our colour selections were great and reassuring, he even went out of his way to take us over and check out the upgrade differences in the display homes - I was a pain and he was a champion!
I highly recommend building with Aston and if you get the pleasure of working with Tom, your experience will be as great as mine from start to finish! Always welcome over for a coffee Tom.
I also want to add, working with Daniel was great! He made each stage a breeze - brought the finish date forward by 2 months considering shortages with all other builders! I absolutely had nothing to worry about and trusted Daniel to do his job! Loved my photo updates at every stage also, overall great experience and he really knew us well.
When it came to the final inspection Dan marked everything and left almost no work for me to do, I was absolutely right in trusting him!
