Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Came here with my friend and the girl today did not even smile or greet us even though there were hardly any customers. I called her so she can bring me the dress as it was too high to get myself and she pretended like she did not hear me. She was so rude and hardly any customers inside. Wonder how she treat customers in the evening. Horrible!!

Staff here are absolutely horrible. They're passive aggressive and they do not show an ounce of friendliness. The lady with the hijab wearing a pink dress was so passive aggressive to me. Every time I say I won't enter because of customer service, lack there off. It's so sad seeing Muslim women showing horrible attitude towards their customers. I get it times are tough and they're probably in their own world but that does not excuses the way they treat customers. If you hate your job and can't even fork up a smile or a hello then find another job. I will not be shopping her solely because of dull staff. Management please have a chat with your staff as it shows how many people are so upset with the customer service here based on previous reviews and conversations with other customers. I hate sounding like a Karen but all other clothing stores in Merrylands have a positive atmosphere compared to urban culture. I am not the only one with this experience. Management look at your reviews from actual customers. For the fake 5 star reviews it is so obvious staff made most 5 star reviews. Do better.

Maybe take note of the star rating you guys have! Worst absolute customer service in my life. The girls working there are literally stone faced, look like robots who have no ability to smile or make a customer feel welcomed. I came to exchange a dress and was made to feel like I vomited all over the dress. Won’t be returning again.
