I have to say hands down the ladies at Roselands Urban culture have to be the nicest helpful friendliest ladies in this store. They are so lovely and always happy to help my daughter and I when ever we walk in. Which is almost twice a week 😂😂 bad for my pocket but good for my style. 5 Stars to the customer service here in all areas.

I have been shopping at urban culture for the past few years but for the past few months the girls at the roselands store honestly need to be replaced. I have never in my life walked into a store where the workers are just plain rude! They have no customer service at all. Just a hello would be nice upon walking in but instead they are busy chatting away about their life to one another behind the counter and don't even consider anyone that's in the store. It's happened every single time I have walked in and not just to myself I have noticed it's to everyone that comes into the store. It's very frustrating and annoying.

Amazing customer service and beautiful stock. I have visited the Roselands store and received amazing customer service by the employees. I have bought many outfits from their store and never been disappointed! My online shopping experience with UC was also really good and will definitely shop from them again.

The customer service isn't quite the best.
Apparently exchange is not possible due to ' Hygienic Reasons' as opposed to other stores that welcome exchanges.

They charge a 0.50 cent ' Surcharge ' for purchases under $20, which is absolutely silly and unnecessary ..

Most items are over - priced.
