  Very Rude services from a young girl who work's at the ware house i had paid for a dress online went to pick it up when i was un packing the dress it was damaged took it back from where i purchased it i was kicked out of the store because i showed the young girl where it is damaged she said i cant refund you or replace the dress because it was un packet never again to shop with Urban Culture wolud not recommended for any one to shop with them.

  I don’t usually give feedback. But my experiences have just been horrible at this place… from terrible customer service to todays experience where I was served by the owners relative and she charged me an extra $20 for the item I bought. When I went home checked their website and realised because I just felt something was off… Well I was right and when I went to check for the recipe well what do you know she didn’t even leave the receipt in the bag let alone give me one to even return it or fix this mistake… unprofessionalism at its finest…
  
  I’m really disappointed and will be spending my money elsewhere where every customer is appreciated… I do not recommend this place at all… if a 0 star was an option I would be using that.

  Honestly the girls who work here r really nice girls if u meet them n come to them with respect they will literally do what they can to help u yes at times they can give alittle attitude but thats because they tolerated u ur attitude for a while much all comes off to how u we’re speaking to them . If ur gonna be demanding n expect a sweet face then use r wrong no retail store worker will accept it treat with respect n u will get the same treatment n honestly I don’t have it big fuss with there policy n rule they have like no refund um duhhhh before purchasing an item try on this isn’t Myer/ Kmart n with 7 days exchange that a perfect amount of time lol u need a year to think if u want an item?! Honestly the girls always greeted not just me but every customer who walks in so idk y there so much bad review maybe look back on how use were talking n treating them n except there policy it was set my owners / mangement team not the sale assistants / workers !!

  i always shop at urban culture ik all the girls they’re super nice but don’t expect them to be nice when your coming in with attitude and so demanding, yes they may give attitude here and there but they’re probs exhausted and tired, the workers are really nice if u talk to them properly and get to know them. if one good customer comes in that’s happy and jokes, laughs, starts convos, that’s gonna make their whole day. alhamduillilah they’re always busy and they try to help all the time but be patient don’t just assume they’re rude, they always deal with bad customers so understand how they feel after a long day of dealing with work and customers but they always try their best and always try to help. ALSO shop rules are made by owners, please respect the rules and don’t come at the customer and blaming them bc they don’t make the rules up they just follow the rules they’re given by their boss’s, just read signs and make it easier for the both of u, if they say sorry we can’t do that please understand and don’t cause a whole scene, they will try their best to help u and let u leave the shop pleased. i’m close with all the workers so ik how this is and i always see how they are with customers and how customers are with the workers.
