Some businesses give you a quote and chase the work, but Ultimate Floor Grinding & Polishing wanted to educate me before making my big decision. These guys are Incredible! I spoke with Sue to arrange the job and Adam was on-site the next morning 7.30am sharp. He spoke with both my Husband and I giving us a full run down and answered all of our questions. The team got to work and squeezed us in to fit our timeline. They were very efficient and the whole process was hassel free. The communication was top notch and our pool surround looks amazing couldn't be happier with their work. Would highly recommend them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Adam and his team did a fantastic job of grinding and finishing the whole area of approx 160m2 with a non slip honed finish. from start to finish the customer service and professional management of our job was second to none, I would highly recommend you get in contact with Adam and the team before starting your next flooring project, his knowledge of products and his profession were very impressive.

Thank you Ultimate Floors for your excellent customer service. Adam and his team travelled a great distance to guide me through the restorative requirements of my floors. They completed a thorough analysis and Adams wealth of knowledge was impressive. My floors needed restoration after a unqualified charlatan ruined my floors in a new build. The polished floor industry has many ill equipped "licenced" contractors that will happily take your money. I encourage you to talk to Adam before you sign on the dotted line with anyone else, this will demonstrate to you the knowledge a contractor should have to produce the best quality polished floor.
