OzGrind was up front with pricing and options. They were very reasonably priced and gave me honest opinions as to what we should do. We had our floors mechanically polished and do not regret it as opposed to grind and seal. We wanted something that we will scratch or have to do again in 6 years due to general foot traffic. It’s only been two days but are looking forward to seeing how it looks in a few weeks and it’s settled in. Legends!

Unfortunately we had no luck with OzGrind. After months of back and forth with Charmaine and Kayla in reception, they backed out a week before we were ready to get services up and running. I would recommend speaking directly with the installers themselves, they were more helpful. It’s a shame because the product on the website looks high quality!

We used OzGrind 7 years ago for our inside polished concrete floor & again recently for our outdoor honed & sealed slab. Both times their service has been outstanding, from the communication with the office staff, through to Brendon coming to quote, to Jesse, Lachlan & the team doing the work. Professional & friendly, I always recommend them if I hear of anyone wanting polished concrete.

OzGrind are amazing!!! From Charmaine in the office who answered all of my questions with extreme efficiency and knowledge to Brendan who came out to check the site. and answer more of my questions to Jesse, who I now refer to as 'The Concrete Whisperer'. I loved that I received a message each morning to say when Jesse would be arriving and I loved that Jesse communicated so well. Jesse also let our neighbours know what was happening and made allowances for their health issues when working on our floor. Talk about going above and beyond!! Our 30 year old concrete looks incredible, with a finish that I could only have dreamed of. Thank you OzGrind. I have no hesitation in recommending you!!!
