Indeed price is much better. But their partners doesn't fulfill their brand promise. I ordered a set of tyres with same day fitment. But after my order was transferred to the installer, they said they can only do it the following day. As my situation is urgent, I cannot use my car until new tyres are installed. It is very disappointing.

2 Orders placed with the mob and I've experienced problems with each order.

1st order, delivery was delayed and when it was delivered, only 3 tires were delivered out of the 4 ordered. Had the fitment center scheduled in for the change and was forced to cancel for the following week.

2nd Order, they sent the wrong size tires. Dealer tried to call them numerous times during the day but they were not answering. Several days later, tiresales ordered the correct sizes and re sent the tires which took another a week.

I rather pay a few $$$ more and go somewhere.

Steer clear of this mob. Constantly sending out the wrong tyres, long wait times on the phone, never reply to emails and force you into unscrupulous things because they can.

Placed and paid for my order, a couple of days later received confirmation email that my order was processed and despatched.
The following day received an email informing me that my order was cancelled due to no stock being available. Will need to wait up to a week for a refund.

Steer well clear of this mob, most bricks and mortar stores will price match anyway.

Would give zero stars if possible.

Due to glitch on checkout the order and payment to Tyresales was duplicated. With a simple email this was rectified next business day with a return email from them confirming one of the orders had been cancelled and the payment returned. Collected the tyres hassle free from their courier/delivery company depot as I wasn't home at the time of original delivery and most importantly I got what I asked for with a great discount! Would definitely use again.
