We would absolutely recommend Nik from Lets Rent on finding a new property or renting out your own! He found a tenant for our home in Rozelle in less than one week. Through the process he was proactive, supportive and provided great advice to get us prepared and find someone great! Plus, he is so warm and lovely to deal with- he made it feel easy. A big thank you to Nik and the team at LetsRent- for leasing our Lilyfield house after only 5 days on the market and 1 showing. As first time investors Nik was with us each step of the way and made the entire process a stress free experience. I would highly recommend LetsRent to anyone who is either an investor or tenant. If you are looking for a rental property Nikita is your man - outstanding customer service!
We met him many times at various properties and each time he was very warm and welcoming. He asked what we were looking for and kept us up to date with upcoming open inspections until we found the perfect place.
He is highly efficient, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humour.
We highly recommend Nikita and can't thank him enough for going that 'extra mile' to help us - we are so excited for our next move. Thanks Nik!

We have been renting with Lisa and her team for 3 years and have found them to be extremely professional but with a personal touch. The house had a few issues not long after we moved in and they were amazing in getting it all fixed as quickly as possible, which was such a help. We wouldn't hesitate to rent off them again or list a property for them to manage.

Our experience with Let’s Rent has been exceptional. Lisa and Skie have provided consistently strong and professional advice to us as landlords while also promptly following up and advising of tenant concerns and action required. We had a significant damage issue to our unit while living overseas which the team went well above and beyond to remedy, including managing a long and complex repair process with the insurance company / contractors while keeping us well informed and ensuring that the tenants were look after during this period.
