Customer be aware!! I purchased a vehicle with a RWC which was supplied though this place. Whilst driving the car home I noticed multiply issues with the car which should have been rectified during RWC inspection or should have not passed the RWC inspection. To name few issues that were, engine light on, rear break light not working, Speedo not working!! Etc. When I called back to inform them about these issues I was met with hostility, rudeness, and got told that I will need to pay if I wish for these problems to be fixed. After arguing with them and informing them that I will be reporting them I was offered to bring the car in. After waiting 2weeks to get my car back!! Nothing was fixed and I was informed that I will need to pay for any repairs! Stay away people worst experience I have ever had and I will be providing photos and and putting in a formal complaint to the correct authority's.

If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would.
A few salesman walked around our work area and pitched a very good sale to me convincing me to take my car to get serviced at Car Tyres & You. Spoke about how well the company handles there clients and takes care of each individual car like it was there own. Such a very good pitch that I was sold and I paid the $150 for the special offer at the time. I booked it in, took the car and picked up my courtesy car - everything was great. Then the moment it all changed when I received the phone call few hours later and I was told if I had “5 minutes to go over a few things” at this point I said to myself this has to be surely telling me the car service went well and ready to be picked up. I was wrong. Firstly I was told “whoever placed the wheels on last time did it to tight and by us removing ur wheel we broke one of ur wheel nuts and stud so now you have to pay $89 for a replacement.” Followed by thousands worth of replacements the car “needed” urgently replaced. I declined for them continue to take any more wheels off to save myself having to pay for something I didn’t brake. I then arrive and the man greeting me is telling me everything in a high pace what was done and what is needed to be done ASAP. I proceed to pay and save myself the headache of arguing. While all this is happening low and behold another customer, such as myself, presents the same pamphlet which has the “special offer” and to both our surprise he is told he has to an additional $20 ontop of his $40 (extra for synthetic oil) and he questions why? Then is told by both men behind the counter that it’s extra because his car “takes more oil”. At this stage I’ve heard enough and wanted to get out of there, this is purely a business rorting people out of there hard earned money and telling them how you can save $1,000 on parts but they fail to tell you they will charge you extra FOR THERE MISTAKES AND LACK OF CARE.
I proceed to the car and wait for the other customer to come back to his car which was conveniently parked next to mine. I say “excuse me” and he looks into my car and with a smirk already knew what I was going to ask him. He just smiles and says “nope never coming here again” and then followed by him saying “they have just given me a list $4,500 worth of faults the car needs replaced. My dad is a mechanic and these faults don’t exist.” I drove off and we both can safely say we will never be coming here ever again. I will make sure I tell everyone at my work office to stay away. If you are reading this STAY AWAY. No matter what they say you will have to pay for THEIR mistakes. What I can’t understand and fail to register is - if you go to get you car washed and you pay for a service and the man cleaning your car scratches your car or dints it due to his lack of care - would they make you pay for it or should they do the responsible choice and take responsibility for it and fix it due to the car being in there possession. Common sense prevails and tells me the person at fault should cover the cost of damage. However at Car Tyres & You . YOU have no choice. YOU have to pay for their mistakes. YOU have no say. YOU have to all stay away. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!response / report this review -

Quick turnaround and good value service.
Took the car @ 12:00 noon for roadworthy certificate and the guys just got it done straight away, I was able to collect my car the same afternoon.response / report this review
