My car boot’s lock was jammed and I panicked because my grand child’s school bag was inside. I rang RAC and as my membership has lapsed, they wanted to charge $220 (membership & call out fees) to come out and see if they could open it. I took the car to My Car & left it there for checking. Within 15 minutes they called to say the problem had been fixed. They removed a child’s sock that had gotten stuck in the lock. They wouldn’t accept any payment for the service. I really appreciate their honesty and helpfulness which are values that are hard to find nowadays. I have since switched to them for regular services of my car and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic guys at the East Perth store. They did a 100,000 km service on our Pajero Sport plus a whole lot of extra work even replaced the rear brakes. Had it all done in a day and they had to order in the brake pads unbelievable any where else 2 days or more. Andy at reception knocked off some $$ to be competitive. Would positively give these guys 10 stars if it was possible been to alot of mechanics over the years and these guys are definitely out in front. Well done guys appreciate your efforts..

The service at Mycar East Perth is amazing. I have had to take my car there twice in the past week to get some issues fixed and they have fitted me in that day. With great communication, usually ready to be picked up within an hour or two.

On top of that I mistakenly dropped my house key down the front of the car, and couldn't retrieve it. Seb at Mycar helped me get it out without a fuss and did it on the spot on a Saturday afternoon.

Thank you so much guys, really appreciate having a trustworthy and friendly mechanic in the area.

Great service and super understanding staff. Very helpful and there’s no pressure to make repair decisions immediately. After having my car towed here they allowed me time to have lengthy discussions with the dealer about the issue. Would return to have my car serviced here in the future.

Took a car in to the east Perth shop for a pit pass. They told me that it required a wheel bearing and another small job, quoted the price and I agreed, had to pick the car up the following day. Imagine my delight when I was told it didn't need the bearings done, just a small tightening up on the shaft. Saving me over $300. Will now get all services on all cars done there. If your looking for an honest mechanical shop, look no further!
