Lift3 doesn't look or feel like a commercial gym. At face value, it is an elite level gym offering degree qualified coaches, a physiotherapist, nutritionist and the highest grade & range of gym equipment in the best space around. Under the surface though, it is a purpose built facility that creates substantive changes in the physical and mental lives of it's members. If I had to describe it plainly, I'd say it's a gym with a heart. Definitely the best gym on the coast.

Lift3 is the best Gym I have known on the Central Coast. The new facility is spacious , full of modern equipment and comes with friendly approachable and knowledgeable trainers who nature a family spirit within the Gym. I've had an injury set back this year after a pill on my bike but Aaron the physiotherapist has helped restore the pre-requiste strength needed in order to start training properly again. Armed with the knowledge shared by Aaron, my coach is intent on building good habits and movement patterns often focusing on technique and long term aims as opposed to "just" giving you a good work out like any trainer does. I'm in this for the long game. Highly recommended for those who want to get STRONG.

Best place on the coast for personal training as well as Powerlifting and Strongman.

Awesome strength gym! Perfect for powerlifting, strongman or general strength and development. Great spot at Tuggerah, Central Coast. Family owned gym that promotes athletic development and improving their members performance. Would highly recommend
