Top notch outfit. Very professional, friendly, and conscientious. They set up our dive gear, helped us get in the water (great dives), and provided a delicious and plentiful lunch. Highly recommend.

Went few years ago really enjoyed the experience. Going to cairnes again next month definitely considering using Tusa dive again.

The crew had such a great chemistry it was hard to not have a smile on your face! The ship had been recently refurbished and looked great and the dive sites were beautiful!

Excellent company to use for exploring the great barrier reef! Really friendly staff, nice large boat, and lots of great food and snacks! They even had sea sickness pills which worked great. We did 3 guided dives and got to explore two different reefs. We saw all types of marine life including turtles, sting rays, and a school of barracudas! We were very satisfied with the day trip, which went from about 7:45 - 4:00. The snorkelers seemed to have a great time as well. We are hoping to do another day trip with them!
Ryan was a very friendly and knowledgeable dive guide. When my alternate was leaking he was very helpful and even swapped it out for one of theirs. He recommended I take mine into their shop to have it serviced. Mark helped stop the leaking and was very friendly and we had a nice chat about the gbr and coral. Very professional and friendly. They also had a great sale on masks where you get a free snorkel. We found the perfect mask! Thank you!response / report this review -

Exceeded expectations! The snorkeling was amazing. So much to see. The giant clams blew my mind. The boat is clean, modern, and comfortable, with good loaner equipment (mask, snorkel, fins, etc.), and a light and delicious lunch buffet served between the two dives. But perhaps most importantly, the crew and management are skilled and highly professional. During the trip, we witnessed them taking care of an ill passenger. They did this with an impressive balance of compassion and professionalism. Finally, I can't thank Tusa enough for accommodating our special circumstances (an illness-related scheduling problem). Generally, the boat is full every day and slots cannot be rescheduled, but luckily there were open spots the next day, so they were kind enough to accommodate us. If not for that, we would have missed out on what ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Thanks Tusa! Highly recommended.

Great dive operation with a knowledgeable staff. But be warned if you are a American from the United States you might be overwhelmed by the body oder that is impregnated into the chairs answer sitting areas.

Incredible time with these guys. Very professional, very informative, great snorkelling and extremely helpful when my 8 year old daughter had an attack of the nerves before getting into the sea. She too had an amazing time!! Thanks to Kaito and the team - you're amazing!! Emma and Emily xx

perfect way to dive in Cairns. You're with a lot of other people on the boat but the organization is perfect so at the end we had 3 perfect dive's

We had a wonderful day out on Tusa 6. The staff were very professional and friendly and made every effort to make our day fun. Best I have been on and highly recommended.

Just wanted to say what an excellent experience we had on 17/11/2016 with the Tusa Dive and Snorkle team. I am not a strong swimmer and felt anxious about getting in the choppy water but Michelle Barry ensured my safety at all times and guided us along the reef for an educational and extremely enjoyable experience. We hired a camera and were able to get some memorable shots. The team as a whole were fantastic and I would recommend this trip to anyone. Well done Team and thanks again! xo
