It's a good place if people don't have time to go to Kuranda.

I put 3 because the cages arre too small for some animals

The good points are we can take photo with Koala!!! (Not free) and there is few demonstration with animals. It's interesting

Enjoyed our visit. You can get very close to the birds and the fact the ticket gives you entry for a few days is great. Could do with a bit more supervision as some parents let their children to pester the birds.

Great place to visit with kids and the tickets give you access for 3 days. So you can come back couple of times a specially if you're staying close to it.

My thoughts are it was okay, it was definitely pretty $$$ for what it was, the venue was pretty run down and it was very hot inside the dome (bring water). The adventure courses were okay as well, the high zoom was worth going through the mid zoom for. My kids are 7 and 9 and was good for there ages.

This unique attraction is beautiful and different. Had an amazing day. Their high ropes pricing was a little confusing but the staff is wonderful and very helpful!

I have come numerous times and would love to rate it 5 stars but the reason I'm giving it 2 stars is the lack of welcome and lack of enthusiasm shown by one of the staff "Sam" at the zoom activity counter. Someone needs to give him a big kick up the bum to tell him to liven up; we are not at a funeral. The whole experience would be so much more pleasant with a friendly smile, a greeting and a thank you. Watching how he interacts with some of the tourists from China is really appalling. No courtesy. Find another job if you have no passion for customer service and don't know how to make visitors feel welcome after they've paid so much money for admission.
The other staff are really nice and the place itself is worth a visit. There are not too many things for teenagers to do in Cairns so the zoom activities are really great. It's well worth getting the membership because it's excellent value compared to paying for a single entry.

Great staff, really fun. The roaps climbing is great So hot up near the top!! Goliath is a bit of a sad sight, but impressive size that gives the uninitiated a better idea of what's lurking beneath the surface out there!!

We were pleasantly surprised at the wildlife dome, and our son absolutely loves the zoom activities. They have locals discounts, and you can also get a four park pass to get into the butterfly sanctuary at Kuranda, Rainforestation and the Port Douglas wildlife dome.

Went today and I found it quite confronting how small the enclosures were. Also for the price you pay to get in I thought you'd get more. The guy doing the reptile talk today had me almost walking out due to his behaviour towards the python. I could see it on his face and hear it in his voice how agitated he was getting with her. I wouldn't recommend going for the zoo but for the activities it looked fun. We didn't however go on any for the cost.

Had a great time here the staff are very friendly and helpful. The ropes course varies from easy to challenging. But all is very exciting. Great day out for young n the young at heart. Would recommend doing in the cooler months or early in the morning during the hotter months as it can get very hot n humid in the dome.
