Absolutely trajic this time. Had a tight day of appointments so scheduled car in early for warranty work. Was promised Loan car . Arrived on time - then advised I had to sign for $2000 excess to be able to use loan car- not likely. Got a message 4 hrs later to say sorry no parts -have to come back ( a round trip of 3 hrs) - so sorry too bad. Who is that bad at ordering parts and notifying customers. one part was for air con (35 deg plus heat in Cairns- lost our business 4 both cars- Had to mark one star - wouldn't take Zero

The staff here are more than helpful. Out of the dealerships we visited to find our new car, Trinity went over and above to help us. They definitely are not your stereotypical "Car salesmen" .
