The room was small but clean. I was disappointed that there was a sky light in the bedroom. This caused me to wake up extremely early when the sun rose. Obviously this is not what you want when staying in a motel.

This is a terrible place to stay!!! Stayed in a two bedroom apartment and was disgusting. Bedroom smelt like cigarette smoke despite days of airing, all plates needed to be washed before we could use them because there was mould all over them. Multiple cockroaches were seen through the apartment as well. Asked reception to assist with the smell, emptied a can of air freshener which made no impact.

Cabins are awesome. Clean. Mini kitchen. Great staff. Stay here when visiting John Hunter Hospital and have done for the past 5 years.

Clean roim. The shower flooded the bathroom everytime it was used. Poor drainage.

Family apartment is too small for 3 adults; although it says that changing towels every day for daily laundry, but being told it is every other day; every disappointed with wifi, could not use it for my whole stay; always disconnected itself. recommended by colleague, but have started to think could there be two motels with same name????????????same location????

Our Family needed a place to stay that was convenient to the John Hunter hospital. This was very clean, very spacious and very comfortable with the bonus of being within walking distance to a local 7/11 for quick food supplies I have no hesitation in recommending or returning, thank you
