Spent one night at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley for a business training session. Accommodation was twin share room with ensuite and balcony looking across courtyard. Room was tidy and clean. Bed was comfortable. Conference rooms were on the same level and appointed to cater for our group of 40. The staff were flexible given the inclement weather and moved our BBQ dinner indoors. Breakfast included in my package and offered a wonderful range of dishes, both hot and cold. Table service for coffee. Thank you Kim! Only criticism was the limited parking Competing with guests of the four wedding receptions at the resort that night.

The event staff was cheerful and professional! Breakfast, lunch, and snacks were served and it was all very orderly. They ran out of chicken once but they were good about communicating what happened and that there was more on its way.

Didn't stay but visited pool area and had lunch which was excellent. Pool area very nicely setup. Very large pool. Accommodation looked nice and we'll spread out.

Was here for a wedding and can say the services were great. Good food and outdoor seating. From what I could see the pools were great and there was a large golf course on the grounds.

Main reception and conference center is good. Catering and food quality was great. Rooms are a bit odd with the lay out. If you are room sharing because of a company policy make sure you get there first and grab the larger of the 2 rooms. Which has a couch, kitchen and living area. The smaller room is very small but at least has a bathroom.

The room we stayed in was at the cheaper end of the accommodation that the crown supply but it was more than sufficient. We had a bath tub which i was pleased about. The room was very modern and filled with all the things you would expect in an executive suite. The staff were lovely and very accommodating to our needd as i misplaced the room keys and they gave me amother set within minutes. So yes very happy and will definatly be coming back.

Beautiful villas, good food, and fantastic scenery. Great spot for a quick getaway! We had a corporate event here which went off very smoothly.

Crowne Plaza Hotel was a great venue for our company event. The music and sound system was quite good. It really set the atmosphere with the smoke machines. The staff were prompt and polite, the meals were small, but exotic and delicious. We had two courses and unlimited drinks. It was quite a large event with a lot of people, which the staff nicely catered for. I recommend Crowne Plaza for events for experiences like my own.

Just a disappointing day relaxing by the pool. It's a Saturday & no wait staff taking food/drink orders. Pool bar opened at 12. Still can't figure out the logic. One menu for inside dining, a reduced menu for poolside. Approx 15m between them both. Same kitchen preparing food. We were told only a couple of pizzas could be ordered & a very small entree menu was offered. Your loss Crowne Plaza.
