Very comfortable. Friendly staff and more than willing to please. We were upgraded to our surprise. A lovely experience overall.

Was there for drinks, had helpful staff happy to make drinks to request. Comfy lounge area to enjoy drinks.

Good place to stay for 2-3 nights, easy access to the Hunter Valley Gardens literally next door. Excellent service.

Very overpriced, poorly maintained, the staff are very nice and helpful. They call this place a resort!!! Most resorts I have been to have a few or large swimming pools to choose from. This place has one, and I have seen larger pools in backyards than this place has. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the staff were very good.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. Disgraceful. Room wasn't what we'd booked - they claimed to "upgrade" us but actually just shoved two of us in a king room. The bonus was a bath! I supposed it was big enough to sleep in - and I may have done had their not been an awful smell coming from it. They've refused to refund us - presumably having already made their money out of us they just don't care anymore. If your choice is to stay here or miss out - miss out!

large rooms with decent veranda space, crystal clear pool to swim in ( not too deep), double head for shower, hot tub that keeps you warm and a short trip to village next door. Service was terrific

Great location! It's in the middle of everything 5 minute walk to Hunter Valley Gardens, McGuigan winery, Tempus Two, Leogate & Hope Estate.

Nice resort. No hassle in stay. Missing proper food arrangements which is required as Hunter valley region closes pretty soon.

I've come back here for several years now, primarily for it's proximity to the Hunter Valley Gardens, which the kids just love. The buffet breakfasts are enjoyable and the rooms are decent bit no frills. The rooms are a bit pricey as was the on-site restaurant, although the food was nice.
