Be careful what you book, ibwasnt aware i booked an unserviced room. I mean its nice if your into couches you cant spread out on, or beds harder than concrete. I not to mention the scuff marks on the walls.

The restaurant is nice and majority of the staff are fantastic and willimg to help.

But would i come back, probably not. I would probably try to find somewhere a little more comfortable.

Great resort facilities and the biggest pool I've ever seen in Australia! Studio was clean and comfortable. Good bed and shower pressure. Enjoyed included use of the tennis courts with free ball and racquet hire. Very friendly staff.

We stayed at Oaks Pacific Blue Resort in September 2017 and found it comfortable, however the photos of the resort do not give the true picture of the resort. It is not as luxurious as it is depicted.

We reported the phone was not working as soon as we walked into the apartment and no attempt was made to fix it.

We had to pay extra for Wifi.

The bedrooms were quite noisy as it backed on the road.

The swimming pool that was with the apartment was quite small.

Would not like to stay here again.

Excellent place to stay and the lagoon style pool is very unique in Australia. Would definitely recommend stretching the budget for a "Swim-Out" room which essentially means that your balcony is a private entrance to the previously mentioned lagoon pool. Went during the beginning of Spring and weather wasn't warm enough for anything but a very quick dip though the heated lap pool was good for a night swim.

Just spend a great weekend up here, we had 8 people and needed 3 self-contained apartments. All the apartments were clean on a arrival. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The resort is located walking distance from the salamander bay shopping centre so all your needs are moments away

Perfect getaway for just the two or the whole family. Beautiful pool that wraps right around the whole resort. This place is guaranteed to make you come back revitalized and rebooted. Right next to the shopping centre to get the last minute things you forgot at home. Convenient restaurant for the nights you don't want to cook

My wife and i love this place, so close to the heart of Nelson bay, yet while we are here we feel like we are as far away as a south pacific island. Great place to unwind lifes stresses. We have been here countless times and will continue.. wait until you see the pool!!!!!!

Room well appointed. Swim out to pool very convenient. Buffet breakfast had heaps of options. The apartment I was in could do with a furniture refresh and larger TV.

Room is clean, fully serviced. Reception is helpful and friendly. Location is convenient, only 8 minute driving to the downtown. Resort is beautiful with the swimming pool going around it like a river.

Nice hotel with neat rooms and a great pool. During my stay there was a function at the restaurant. Music was played very loudly until late at night making being in our room extremely frustrating to say the least. Not exactly what you want on a quiet weekend away from Sydney. The following (Sunday) morning the vacuum started before 8am in a common area nearby our room - no need to set an alarm to make sure you don't miss check out.
The pool is beautiful, but when we went to use it during the day, a group patrons were playing music loudly by the day beds. Staff did ask that this be turned down and it was. A bit. Again not really what we had in mind when we chose this resort to relax in.
Buffet breakfast was average compared to similar hotels.
    Won't rush back.
