  Me and my family had a great stay here, mangers were very welcoming, the rooms were very good, clean and tidy.
  Sleep was great, beds were comfortable and was quiet at night time and we had a great nights sleep.
  We only had one problem during our stay, one of the aircon remotes was not working but was fixed within minutes of us reporting it.

  Stayed at Tradewinds for 4 days. It was okay, but lacked some basic things like wine glasses and the dishes were a bit of a mix of different sizes. The WiFi is limited and the management charges extra for everything (including more than one roll of toilet paper). No cleaning service, which is available at other locations in Cairns. In short, there are better places to stay in Cairns.

  Absolutely wonderful, we stayed here for a week, management was polite and helpful, booked us tours at discounted rates and they were always available when we needed them. The room were very clean and spacious with whisper quiet air conditioners in every room, had everything we needed including a large fridge and secure car parking and nice and quiet environment so we had great night sleeps. would recommend to anyone.
  we had one of the light globes blow in the lounge room at around 8pm, they came straight away to fix it. superb service.

  We stayed here on 8th&9th of September, had a great 2 bedroom apartment,fully equipped with everything you could think of, also it was spotlessly clean. Thanks to Wayne & his family for making us feel so welcome. I would recommend it to anyone
