  We've stayed here a few times and it offers everything we need for perfect family get away and the staff are always approachable, friendly and helpful.

  I spent here 4 days with my family (wife and 2 kids) and we absolutely enjoyed it. Staff is friendly, after hours service is good, lagoon swimming pool is amazing. Pretty good grocery store is very close, also big kids playground is nearby. But don't expect too much from lap swimming pool (too small as for me). Also a bit disappointed with a quality of a game room.

  Lovely place in a quiet setting. Good for kids and the pool has enough sun and shade. There are a few BBQs here and quite clean. The apartments are well stocked with cutlery and dishes. If you are travelling domestic bring some dishwashing tablets as you only get two sachets.

  Excellent resort, very friendly service, great amenities, but bring your own coffeemaker (only instant in the suites) and the Wi-Fi pricing is extortionate.

  Disgusted. The unit was dirty. Was booked into a superior apartment but was given the budget 2 bedroom apartment.
  The unit hadn't been vacuumed, there was hair on the towels, in the beds, on the bedside tables, and in the sinks and showers. The couches were filthy and couldn't be sat on. There was poo splatter on the toilet seat, the washing machine was filthy, as were the cups and cutlery. All the toilet roll holders were rusty, as was the dish rack and even the whisk was rusty!
  There was no fan in the bathrooms so everything was musty. Did not look forward to returning here every night. The vents they did have in the roof of the bathroom were all dusty and the floor around the toilets hadn't been cleaned properly.

  Marlin Cove is fantastic. The apartments are clean, updated, inexpensive, and close to many necessities and attractions. The grocery store, butcher, bakery, liquor store, and pharmacy are down the street. The beach is only a ten minute walk away. The suites have laundry, full kitchen, and access to the pools and sauna. The only real issue I had was with the WiFi. It only lets you have one device connected at a time Really?
  
  Anyway, all in all this was a fantastic place to spend a couple of days while visiting the area.
