  We had a wheelchair with a 7 year old with us and there was no access to the pool without lifting the wheelchair up several stairs also no disabled access to pool both illegal under the disabled law Please explain.

  2nd time we've stayed here now. No problems, great rooms and facilities. Highly recommend to anyone. Huge apartments.

  Cleanliness definitely lets this place down, floors and bathrooms were especially disappointing, shower floor was sticky and floors had hair and dust scattered throughout the apartment plus feet ended up black after walking around with no shoes inside. Also, if you need to use the Internet, you cannot rely on the WiFi here, download speed 0.18mbps, upload 0.03mbps. Apartments were definitely big, location was good, pool was great, but probably wouldn't return here unless they improve their cleaning standards.

  We stayed in a three bedroom apartment and it was fantastic. Large spacious rooms, lovely tropical feel and nice and fresh. Great swimming pool, tennis courts and so close to the esplanade!
