One night stay. Hotel is currently undergoing renovations so expect a little noise that stops promptly at 1600h.
Stayed in 336, overlooking the Acquarium (not so much the mountains 😀) but was not disturbed at all as the hotel is walking distance from the action but not in it
Very comfortable bed, excellent shower pressure, good continental breakfast.
Special mention to Stefanie who delivered wine and chocolates to the room. Excellent service and very friendly - thank you so much.

It is a bit of an older hotel, but still had a lot of great accommodations like an on-site restaurant, pool, and person to sign up for trips. The location rocks! Right across from the aquarium, close to restaurants, and far enough from the night life to not hear the noise, but close enough to walk to. The breakfast at the restaurant was very good. Would definitely stay there again!

It has been a while since I stay in a Hilton hotel. It was an excellent experience then and has been repeated here in Cairns. At very short notice Mya found us a room to suit our circumstances. The service was and follow up has been 1st class, we extended our stay and again, most accommodating
Breakfast was tasty and included in the package we were offered. Thank you for making what has been a difficult few days for us a little less stressful. 🙏🙏🙏

we stayed here for 10 days booking the sea view room was the best decision great views, the breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety to choose from, very friendly and helpful staff.
The pool area was spacious and towels supplied.
The vines is a must great selection of cocktails.
Easy walking distance to the shopping centre and the Broadwalk with plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from.

The staff are very nice to welcome you
Rooms are tired need a lift especially bathroom shower over the bath
Attached bar the Vine I think limited food menu slow on service, Room service comes from same menu
Aircon struggled in our room in the morning with the sun. filter looked clogged requested they look at it nothing done
Breakfast buffet was extraordinary lots on offer but very busy recommend early feed.no flow just people all over the place like feeding time at the zoo
I gave it 4 stars because the staff were really nice dealing with what they have to work with and were genuine. On site parking very reasonable underground $10 a day

As a Hilton Gold Honors member, I was able to select room 715 which has a great side ocean view from the top floor. I also received complimentary breakfast buffet and they had a small drinks and apps reception at the bar for honors preferred members while I was there. The room itself was spacious and clean. The bathroom was a little cramped and the sink sticks out far from the countertop. It was clean and the water temperature was good. Other than breakfast, I did not dine at the hotel. The location is about 10 minute walk to the main strip of eateries and stores by downtown Cairns. Overall, it's a good Double tree level hotel.

Clean and tidy room with fantastic views of the bay and surrounding mountains. The staff were always helpful and let us know our room was available straight away despite arriving 3 hours before check-in. Great location only a short walk from the main eateries and bars.

Great location, only a couple minutes walk to the esplanade and walking distance to reef tour meet points. Comfortable beds and facilities. A/C is a bit noisy. Hilton Honors members get a warm cookie and free bottles of water at check-in. Shower only has a half pane of glass so looks like baths are encouraged.

Service is fantastic, hotel amenities are good. The pool and spa have shade available. The rooms are good apart from the bathrooms are quite pokey and small. Location is almost perfect. Walking distance withing 1-2km of everything you could need.

The view that we had was great! The location is a little on the edge of all the action. The hotel itself has great amenities with a tropical garden and pond right in the middle of it. Our room was a little finicky with the AC, but once the hotel staff explained it to us, we were good. (it was contingent on all the doors being shut, so the balcony doors had to be shut when we were out there)

Lovely hotel. Location is superb. Easy walking distance to shopping, beach, and the reef ferry terminal for touring the Great Barrier Reef. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean and spacious. They let me store my luggage until check in without any issue. And they give you a warm chocolate chip cookie on check-in, which is such a small thing but always makes me smile. They have a beautiful little "rainforest" in the courtyard that's very pleasant to spend time in relaxing, too!

Perfect experience. Cleaned everyday, spacious and comfortable room. The swimming pool is great, not crowded, and the jacuzzi too. A Hilton in the state of the art.

Nice, comfortable hotel. Tip: Cross the street and use the Esplanade instead of the fitness room for your morning run. Distances are marked and the view is incredible.

Nice hotel. Very clean room with hot tubs. Breakfast was various enough, western style with some Asian options. Small gym but good enough to exercise a bit. Outdoor swimming pool available but could try it as it was raining. Very well located, next to the esplanade.

Stayed at Double Tree by Hilton a few weeks ago for a work trip. The best thing about this hotel is the cookie on arrival - they kind of hype it up on their website, but it's seriously good. Room was fine, shower was hot, room service options were limited. The signage directing you to your room was super confusing and the whole place looked a little run down but overall not a bad place to stay for one night. Get the cookie. Seriously.
