I ordered 2000 decking screws around 10am, the same day after returning from being out the screws were at my door. This was around 1pm. Now that is what I call good service!!! Usually next day at least.

Grumpy counter service half the reason it's difficult is the inconsistent part numbers for electrical.

On Monday morning after consulting your website I made a list of hardware items that was required before the festive break. I did note your outlet in Wangara would be closed on the 24th December and reopen in January in a nearby location. I drove 20km from Mount Lawley to Wangara only to be told no business was to be conducted until January and to order on line. The female employee with the advice must be the bosses wife to be holding down a job. A belated phone call to a colleague revealed that another new store had just opened in neighbouring Joondalup which sold the hardware I required. Needless to say as a result of the misinformation and the ambiguous sign on the door I am no longer a customer. In an environment where margins are tight and thus time is of the essence no one has time to frig around with inept businesses.
