A great traditional tool shop, staff were very knowledgeable and not pushy for sales. Bought a table saw from them and they went over and above explaining the operation and setup. Very good service. Will definitely continue to support local business

I have been looking for a commercial floor fans for a while, tried many big branded stores like Bunnings, and Mitre 10 and others but only found it at Beyond Tools as the biggest tools store in Australia. Their range of selections are much more complete compare to other stores.

Their Amazing Customer Service is second to none. Very polite, helpful and full of knowledge to understand for all my needs.

I would not hesitate to recommend Beyond Tools to all my family and friends to find all their tools, spare parts, services and other trades items.

Very unprofessional behind the service desk. I had them look at my battery charger for my cordless drill. I was told they would do a service on my drill for no extra charge..Trying to get in contact with them to see if it was ready to be picked up took 5 days. Get there to pick it up and my bill comes to $145 $10 to put my drill back together after servicing it unbelievable.. (when I take my car in for a service it's back all together, not in pieces.. can you believe that..) not to mention the remaining $135 for a brand new charger that I did not agree on purchasing. All in all found them pretty money hungry! Look else where for a decent professional power tool service team!

My sincere thanks to Brendan of the Spare Parts Dept. I had a small problem with the electronics in my small lathe. I explained the problem to Brendan who identified it straight away and posted me the necessary spare part. The lathe is again working like new.

Great warranty resolution. I didn't even purchase the defective item in Australia. It was bought in the US. But because they are a verified warranty repair place for the brand of tools in which I had one go bad they replaced it without question. They just became my retailer of choice for tools. Both woodworking and metal working. On the unlikely event that a tool goes bad they will help you to get things back on track. Well worth the slight cost difference for their tools. You might can find it cheaper but you won't get better service. Period.

This was my first time in Beyond Tools. All i can say is WOW. there is a reason they are the " go to" tool store. The range in store is huge. and the staff were amazing. they were full of knowledge and very friendly. thanks again. I will definitely be back soon!

I am writing this on behalf of my husband Bill who had a Stroke on 18th Jan 2016. My husband for the last 20 years has been a computer programmer marketing his own software however he came from a mechanical engineering background.
He has always loved his tools and previously did everything required maintenance wise around our house. "He could do anything at all"!
The stroke has changed his ability to program but he still works around the home. He loves Beyond Tools and we went there with only his "stroke English" that I didn't know what he actually wanted, but our Beyond Tools people persisted and we got the additional batteries Makita batteries he wanted for drills he has purchased from there some months before his stroke. The car and attention and effort from the Staff to assist in what he needed was brilliant! Bill is not able to communicate normally these days but does know what he wants. We came back with our drills the next day, and two or three of the staff worked out what he wanted. I couldn't believe it! I don't believe you would find this effort, care and attention in many places these days. 10 Stars to Beyond Tools Malaga from Julie and Bill Douglas, Ellenbrook, Western Australia.
