We were looking at developing our current home and had had considered Plunkett but after witnessing them building a house in our street I would not go near them. The site is so poorly managed and unproffesional and they have no regard for existing residents. I am so glad I have been able to see them in action so as to avoid there services.

We are at the early stages building with Plunkett Homes.
We had a great experience dealing with Dean Carroll, this guy is amazing and very easy to deal with, very approachable and quick to respond to our queries.
Dean went out of his way to help us design the home of our dreams.
Their interior designer Adriana is extremely helpful and friendly.
So far, we have had an amazing experience with Plunkett Homes I hope this continues until the end of our building process.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Signed up with Plunket in October, honestly nothing good to say about this process, just a steady stream of false information.
The only person you will see on site in the first 9 months is a salesperson. When considering your budget be prepared to add on 6 months of additional rent should you go with Plunket.

Below is a picture of where a slab or even earth works should be.

Jason and his son Jake have done a fantastic job on the internal plastering and the external render on our Plunkett home. These guys take pride in their work, are very clean in everything they do and the finished product is fantastic well done guys, we are very happy !!! Ask for Jason and Jake on your house, you won't be disappointed.

And if you need a REALLY GOOD SUPERVISOR ask for Jeff Kobel, he gets things done, he's very helpful with good advice, always available, all round decent guy!! Thanks Jeff for all your help.

The building was high standard and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. When I signed up, the liaison officer lady was very friendly and guided me through all the processing in the paper work. They informed me what was going on throughout the building process so I knew what was happening and what would happen next. Most importantly, the finished house was exactly what I wanted. My house is across the road from a school and there is a lot of passerby who give positive feedback, which make me so proud of my house.

Unfortunately we built our last home with Plunkett and had numerous issues with regard to delays, quality and communication. Our home was completed three months after it was due and was handed over to us with the following issues:

1. The smoke detector in the hallway between the living room and laundry does not meet the Australian Standards as it is located immediately adjacent to a roof vent.

2. The down lights in the kitchen have started to come out 2 days after moving in and there are also several nails protruding from the ceiling. In addition there is a section of the ceiling that has not been painted.

3. The front door needs to be stained and the rear door to the garage needs to be re-painted and the frame stained.

5. There is piping sitting gout of the ground at the rear of the house that needs to be buried.

6. The bulk head cornice that is dropping on the alfresco identified as one of the items at our first inspection was never fixed.

7. The corner to the fascia on the front elevation needs to be put in.

8. The air-conditioning unit was never connected and it took over a month to get this rectified in the middle of summer.

9. The common access has still not been constructed 6 months after we have moved in and is causing issues with dust.

10. A whole wall in the theatre was left in such a poor state our painter refused to paint it.
