Mathias and Daniel were fantastic in making a stressful move very seamless and easy. They were careful with the items, friendly, polite and went above and beyond to be helpful. They worked tirelessly for almost 6 hours on a Saturday, and the end price was much more reasonable than what I’ve paid with other companies. Would highly recommend using these guys!!

Huge thanks to guys from Top Removals :) Florian and Diego did fantastic job!
Initially we booked with a different company and truck didn’t rock up, we were literally standing with all our stuff on the street :(
We reached out to Top Removals, explained the situation, Nathan found us a truck and a good team straight.
Loading took 30 min, unloading 1 hr (for 1 bdrm appt). Guys worked very fast and very efficient. Such an amazing experience!!! Massive thank you for your work!response / report this review -

Mathias and Daniel were amazing and made the move between homes so very pleasant. They respected the items and took every single precaution as if it was their own. Thanks so very much for making a stressful move a really seamless one for my family. My son actually said he missed chatting to them as they were so very kind. Definitely recommended to anyone thinking of movers!

Highly Recommend Top Removals, they were able to accommodate us on short notice. Ariel and Sean were very prompt and efficient giving the temperature was 35-degrees outside. Incredibly happy they moved us in! Great customer service from Bobby. We will use their services again when needed! They handled all our furniture with care and moved all furniture in appropriate areas. Love your work guys!

All I can say is thank you. As a mum of three trying to move house during lockdown I was so stressed, and Top Removals made the whole process so easy. They gave an accurate and detailed quote and due to the amount of house items convinced me to have three guys instead of two, and I’m SO glad they did. The move ended up taking several hours (we were moving from a large 39square home to a similar size) and Ariel, Sergio and Martin were so amazing the whole time. They packed the truck carefully, were communicative the whole day, and worked so efficiently. I drove behind them to the new house and they drove incredibly slowly and carefully. I would 100% use Top Removals again and will recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend!! I've already recommended them to 3 friends since they finished moving my place today. I had Carlos and Andres assist with my move, both were quick, professional, and friendly. Considering they had to bring all of my things down a flight stairs at my original place and then up 2 flights of stairs at the new place, they were very impressive to work with. I will DEFINITELY be using them with every move I do in the future.

We would happily recommend Top Removals. I chose them for location and star rating initially. They offered good value and were great to communicate with so they deserve their star rating for that. Lastly, Ariel and Martin on moving day were really good, very quick and lovely to deal with. 5 stars for them too.

I would highly recommend Andreas and Tomas at Top Removals. They were very efficient, they were at the meeting place on time and had a couple of drop offs and pick ups. They didn’t stop until everything was done. Then asked if all the heavy furniture was in the correct place. Nothing was too much trouble. A++++

Use at your own Peril. These guys are the Fawlty Towers of removalists only Basil Fawlty is more competent. Shattered tables, broken fridge, chipped and broken cupboards, wardrobes. Fragile boxes upside down, on their side or dented. Over $3200 of damage and they then deny everything as it apparently isn't in a report by their staff. Be warned, they claim there is no insurance cover for items if they do not pack themselves. This is not written in their terms and conditions. They demand a $250 excess payment before proceeding further then never send anyone. They only offer a $50 credit to make everything go away immediatelySTAY AWAY!!!!

Removers damaged my kitchen counter, hallway wall and floor. Dirty hand prints left on all wall. My complaint went no where. Do not use. I gave a good rating for booking in and flexibility - actual service appalling

First time I have ever hired movers and was very happy with the service. I* have heard horror stories from friends and wasn't sure what to expect.

my last experiences wasn't great.. since providing feedback I have had many calls that have restored my faith in this company - I've used them a few times and have always had a great experience. they are reliable and on time as I used them 3 times in one year they offered a discount. These guys were brilliant. I have never had a move go so well. I didn't want good movers, I wanted excellent movers, and that's what we got. Carl, Pierre and Scott where friendly, polite, enthusiastic and hardworking right till the end of the very long 10 hour day. Their communication with us through out the process was clear and up front; I had full confidence that the team knew what they were doing all day and felt that our furniture was in good hands. With 2 houses, a workshop, over a dozen vintage mirrors and many antiques over 2 addresses, I was bracing myself for a stressful day. However I pleasantly surprised and was amazed how smoothly it all went. Money well spent, I highly recommend these guys.

By far the best and easiest move I have ever had. Not an easy move from a second floor apartment ( no elevator). The guys were so fast and professional, they even pulled the beds apart and put them back together on the other side. One of the guys was on his first day at work and it looks like he has been doing it for years!
The price was great too , cheaper than most places I rang.
Will highly recommend.
