  This has to be the most horrible company to deal with! Booked for 8am and arrived at 2:30pm saying they were booked an hour before by the owner. Owners take no credibility and are definitely mistreating their staff. They did the same to my other family members and arrived at 7pm!!!
  For your sanity - stay away from this removalists, they should be shut down.

  DO NOT HIRE. Unprofessional and will price gouge once they have you in a vulnerable position. I had a detailed quote sent to me over email outlining the exact costs for everything - and talked to them over the phone about the pricing, twice for clarification. I chose these guys because they're stair price was so cheap at $20 per flight, yet the movers insisted on the day that it was $100 per flight, using a variety of excuses and guilt tripping me. They packed the truck badly as well and said they couldn't get the last of my boxes it was a 5 tonne truck for a 2 bedroom apartment :/

  The worst experience! booking they were very friendly but the day of our supposed moving was hell.
  We were booked for 1-2pm, 2pm came no one arrived. Tried to call the number were I booked no one picked up, after trying to call several times someone sms me saying call another number for ETA. I called that number and the lady said “probably” the guys were finishing late from morning job. She couldn’t even give an approximate, she said she will try to call the driver and get back to me asap, 30mins later no call back. I called again around 2:30 and she was very rude! She said again the guys must be still on morning job and she told me to wait patiently and she said I am not supposed to complain because if no one arrives I wouldn’t have to pay anyway. What a nasty person! As I was no choice I asked her around what time they will come she said not later than 3:30pm. 3:30, 4pm still no one arrives. then someone messaged me saying they are on the way, the driver. I asked ho far they are as it’s coming sunset already and he said 20mins. 30 mins later still no one came and I messaged again he said on traffic finally they arrived at 5pm. Obviously they look really exhausted as they must be working since morning. They told us they haven’t even eaten lunch. Being concern we ask them if they think they would still feel okay doing the job as we don’t want to push them since they look really exhausted and without eating and that it’s getting late, we were very concern but instead they were even the one who was answering us rudely. Given that we do not want to argue we just want to start the job but when we were about to sign the paper they are charging us different to what was quoted to us, I asked why the rates the booking person told me are different and the guy said the people in the company are just sitting there and they do not know the job and since they are the one who does the hard work and that is their rate. Unbelievable! we ended up canceling because these people are hilariously horrible. We ended up wasting one whole day and unable to move. If you don’t want to be hassled don’t ever book in this company. Take it from our experience. Also, this company is very inhumane with their workers

  The worst experience ever as they never shown up! I have given them two weeks notice to start moving at 9am on 6th May and received a call about 10PM! on 5th May said they can’t make it 9am tomorrow but 12pm instead, leaving customer no other choice but accept the fact. And on moving day I called them around 11:30am asking if they are on the way and had been told one of the driver broke his arm and they can’t come at all! Very unprofessional and irresponsible! Wasted my whole day and end up we did the moving by ourselves with help from friends!

  Very disappointed with the administration side of this service. The time I had booked for the removalists to start at my place was changed last minute the night before moving and they then did not show up until 2 and a half hours after the agreed time with minimal communication to let me know what was happening. This made the move day extremely stressful and additionally the removalists did not speak any English and the administration was not willing to translate for me which added more time and dollars to an already stressful day. The removalists themselves however were efficient and safe handling.
