  Jack and his team were brilliant. They took to the time to properly plan the loading of the trucks, making sure they understood our requirements. Once they started picking up boxes and shifting furniture, they did not stop! They were by far the hardest working movers I’ve ever seen.
  
  They offer excellent value for money, with clear and reasonable rates - no surprises. Alex was great to deal with when booking in the move - a professional team all round!

  I was really happy with the 2 lads who helped move my items into storage. They were friendly, easy to communciate with and professional. They even helped rearrange some additional heavy items around the house. Would definitely recommend.

  I found these guys online by chance, as my usual removalists were fully booked. Youseff was easy to deal with and gave me a fair quote. The French boys who arrived on the day with the truck were super organised and took a lot of pride and care in their work. All my stuff was carefully wrapped and loaded into the truck. They were friendly and very professional. Would highly recommend them and will use again.

  Another successful move with Master Relocations. Accurate and sound advice as always with Alex.
  Guys arrive on time and ready to get started. Very friendly and professional service with Rob, Dan and Jerome. They knew the best way to transport breakables and maximise all the space in the truck to get it all done in one trip. Just a great team to deal with.

  Fantastic experience with the team at Master Relocations from first point of contact to completion of the move. But nothing tops the professionalism and the great work of the guys who moved our stuffs on the day - Nick and his partner. These guys were superb and took great care with our belongings, and made what would have been a stressful experience pretty enjoyable really!

  Youseff and his team at Master Relocations saved our day after a disaster with another Melbourne moving company. Came at short notice, got the job done with no complaints (and it was a big job), they were blisteringly fast and took care.
