Disappointing. First time they were fine, the second time the same guy came to install our fan and some lights and left plaster mess all over our bathroom floor and on our bed without telling us. He also put the power off while we were home working. Poor communication and excessively priced. When I rang to give feedback spoke to someone who was very gracious and apologetic, who said he'd give us a discount next time. So we have them another go. This time got someone out to quote on a point in our garage, he advised my partner of the options and gave him some prices. Note, he was on premises when he gave the prices. Then when I called to get a quote, he was friendly until I mentioned the discount. There was a decided change in mood, which is disappointing as I gave the feedback which is generally helpful for a business. Anyway, the quote came back as twice the price given to my partner. Clearly a 'signal' quote. Outrageously expensive. Very disappointing.

Daniel and his team from Titanium Electrical were very helpful and efficient. They estimated well with their quote and timings and completed all of the work thoroughly. Titanium Electrical helped greatly by installing an Ecobee smart thermostat. Even though this product is not yet widely available in Australia yet, they ensured the job was done properly by contacting the US manufacturer of the thermostat to recieve the proper installation information in regards to my particular ducted heating system. Everything works perfectly, job well done.

Great service. I rang them in a panic to get emergency work done. The only specs I had were the legal compliance we had stuck on the window, so had no idea what to do. They completely took control, didn't listen to the erroneous advise of the fire engineers and did the job to the satisfaction of the municipality. Then they were really patient as we tried to raise the funds. All up, great service, nice guys, incredibly professional and can get you out of any tight spot you are in.

It's been great having Titanium Electrical to work on our office's boardroom to install the projector and the 20kg whiteboard. The issue we had is that our wall cannot withhold the weight that we like to put on it. Daniel come to the office in the evening after my first call for them in the mid day. he comes in, quoted us by sending the email to me. Once I agreed with the quote, they help us reinforce the wall, installed the white board and the projector in the morning as we organised. They cleaned up after the work as well. It was a smooth job with them. No complains at all. Great job. Price is reasonable and work is great!

Recently I contacted Titanium Electrical to have my smoke detectors checked and lights changed throughout the home.
From the first contact I found the staff very helpful.They provided prompt responses .Communication was excellent. The electrician Tyson did a very good job and left the space clean and tidy.Highly recommended.

Our office required a new circuit installed to commission a UPS. Titanium Electrical were quick to respond with an on-site quote and were equally as quick to start work once the quote was approved.
