Would give it zero if I could. Avoid Dr Islam at all costs. He's utterly rude and unprofessional. Scolded us for coming to see him, even though he was the one who told us to come in when we had a tele-consult. When asked about medication he didn't even answer, just threw and script in our face and told us to leave.

I went in there today for the first time for a scan, unaware of how the clinic works, I went and stood at the main reception for about 5 min while the reception staff completely ignored me (leave alone even greeting) and continued their talk about nor receiving their COVID-19 results! Finally, I asked if I was going to get helped or not, one of the lady tells me, "what I was there for?" when I told her, for an ultrasound, she said"follow the sign!". Being a reception staff, they need to acknowledge all the patient that come and stop and not assume that everyone that walks in is aware of how the clinic runs!! However, the X-ray reception last was very friendly, hence the 1 star, or else I wouldn't even give any star rating!!

Absolutely appauling customer service!!!! The reception staff are rude and grumpy! I waited 7 minutes on hold, then the receptionist answered with what do you want? As someone who works for a medical practice I would not recommend this place to anyone of our patients.

When i called in advance i was informed, it wasn't that busy yet ended up waiting over two hours. Which would be ok if you received good care. I went for a dr certificate and asked for a referral for mental health services. I understood they would be busy so i was quick about it, didn't spend time discussing with the Dr. I felt they scoffed at me and were acting so inconvenienced for having to complete some paperwork. They stated well if you received services before you wont get anything and we don't get money for that. The forms were left half empty and they wrote no to answers i said yes to. And he failed to listen, lucky I'm a strong person, i fear if someone took a while to get the courage to seek help and were treated this way in a crisis this treatment could really affect them so negatively. We are supposed to be encouraging help seeking behaviors and you should be ashamed.Also mid way through another patient knocked on the door and was told to wait (patient confidentiality) not provided here.

Usually never wait more than 20 minutes. Tonight waited over an hour and my name just kept getting pushed back. Not very impressesed and honestly dissapointed in the whole experiance

I just got my whole day wasted in this center. The queue to the registery desk took me half an hour. They don't do bookings or appointments. You just have to sit down and wait.
I sat there for 1.5 hour to see my doctor and it turns out that he was not even in his room. No one new where he was and they didn't even called him as " they were not allowed to call the doctor".
It was my second disastrous experience in the center.

Been Attending this clinic since it has opened. I choose my Doc and yes it can be a bit annoying that you can't make an appointment but have only had to wait over an hour a couple of times. Also on the occasion when my doc was not available have found all other docs ok they can't all be your friend.

With regard to the staff, front desk, pathology, xray, specialist and physio (haven't been to the dentist ) I cannot speak highly enough of them. They are always helpful and at most times friendly with a smile. you have to make allowances that they can have their own issues as well.

If you are polite use your manners (if you have any) then you will find that the same is returned in spades

This is a shocking establishment. Came in at 9pm and was turned away despite the center closing at 10pm! This isn't the first but SECOND time this has happened to me. Both times there was no one waiting. Not a single patient! The receptionist Olivia was very rude and was chatting to the doctor while we patiently waited only for her to say we can't be seen. I am both shocked and disgusted by this health care facility. This happening once I can overlook but not twice. I'll never be returning again!

even when it looks like there are a lot of people waiting you can get seen quickly. Last week I had just sat down in a crowded waiting room when my name was called good if you just need a quick dr certificate but not if you have a need to 'connect' with a dr for something serious

It's always busy here and there's a long waiting time so it's smart to come during school pick up hours or very early in the morning. I haven't had many good doctors in this clinic as I personally don't like their service but I also understand for they have many patients to see in a day. Dr Yassir is very friendly and helpful though. The actual clinic has a section of xrays, blood checks etc so it's food interms of getting everything done in one place.

To me most of the senior doctors are great to me. being helpful and friendly.

Yes its first come first seen service which makes it easy than appointment booking clinics. as sometimes life can hold me up, esp traffic or telephone calls at home or work and i tend miss my appointment time at most other clinics

I being visiting for over ten years and if i see an issue need addressing i try get it sorted out.

Most i waited if i see any doctor during the peak times like lunchtime.

Yes some doctors esp my favorite ones i do wait two hours or so but they are everyone favorite also with up-to 17 patients in line. if i need a simple medical advice, paperwork or simple medications and i cant wait i opt for a s.a.p doctor and most times i seen within 10 minutes.

If i need to wait longer i go shopping lol to easy as i don't sit around do nothing

Even though there's a long wait, hold on did I say long I meant longggggg wait but it's worth it Dr Pauline is very thorough and couldn't recommend her more.
