The services at Beacon Cove Dental are superior to that of any dentist I've been to. A dental plan was laid out for me by Dr Lin after a comprehensive examination which included photos and X-Rays. She picked up on decay that had previously been glanced over by other dentists and laid out a plan including costs and time frames to get the work done. The quality of the service is excellent, and the gentle nature of the staff as well as attention to detail, mean that you can have a relaxed experience and trust that everything will go smoothly. The clean from Kritty was excellent. The staff are also very informative and educate you on how best to look after your oral hygiene. They also let you listen to your preferred music while any work is being done. I highly recommend Beacon Cove Dental.

Having spent my younger years fearing going to the dentist the ladies at Beacon Cove Dental completely changed my perspective.
I now look forward to my regular hygiene appointments and have always been given options and the very best advice in regard to all my dental work.
Cannot recommend Beacon Cove Dental highly enough.

After the cold corporate city experience I was not prepared for the personal and personable consultation I received at Beacon Cove Dental. From Elizabeths warm greeting at reception to Bronwyn who’s arguably of the best dental hygienists in Melbourne. Then onto Alice and her team of professionals I had nothing but a great and comprehensive experience that I hope will continue throughout my dental plan and beyond.

The experience that I had with beacon cove dental practice was unlike any visit to dentist I had before from the moment I walked in the staff were friendly and helpful. Not only was the dentist meticulous and efficient in her work, but she was extremely knowledgable in the way that she went through a full post-treatment review of my teeth and provided great advise . I know it may seem hilarious, and almost unlikely to most people, but I look forward to my next visit to the dentist.

The best dental experience ive had in Melbourne :) after going to them for a few years i can safely say Beacon Cove is what every practise should be like. Lovely staff, great communication, and really confortable in a way i cant even describe. Never going anywhere else !

I had a scale and polish. Both the service and the cleaning were excellent. Staff were friendly.

However, it was very expensive at $285! they quoted me in the chair because i have not had a check up with them. I feel like because of this they used a much higher price.
Will not come back because the price is too high, many cheaper alternatives around.

Beacon Cove dental is by far the best dental practice I've ever been to in my life, hands down.

Even though I have a lot of work to do and it's going to be very expensive, Dr Fern laid out exactly how everything is going to go, and made me feel really positive about it the whole time. Her entire team has a very nurturing attitude.

I absolutely trust these people with my dental work, probably for the rest of my life.

My choppers are about to get an upgrade!

Very impressed with the services offered. The staff are very welcoming. Love the music on the headphones-really gets me feeling more relaxed. Dr Trinh is very professional and friendly. The procedures are well explained I am always kept in the loop. Highly recommended.

A wonderful, warm, boutique practice. The staff are so friendly! Always have a great chat to the girls here. Dr Kim is so gentle and relaxed. She explained everything to me before proceeding. I look forward to my regular 6 monthly visits here.

"The exam was great, staff amazing, Fern is incredible; educational, friendly, comfortable, calming, hospitable. It was actually fun.

I think the whole system from go to woe is really quite seamless in guiding the patients in an informative and empowering way.

The intro email is full of great info and is clear about what forms need to be filled out and the process of getting an xray before the appointment. It's also really detailed so that you know what is going to happen and why. That's really important and takes the guesswork out of the appointment for the client.

It was great to turn up and they were doing yoga. That's just unheard of in any business that I've been involved in.

Staff super friendly and accommodating with the offer of lemongrass and ginger tea. Everyone that went past said hi. Acknowledging the patient is quite powerful.

Had a really nice intro chat with Maria until Fern came in. More intro chat was great in getting me settled in. I felt very comfortable and supported through my exam by Fern.

Post exam chat was great and informative and I felt a part of the process of coming up with a program or solution for the next phases to come, even though I wasn't really. Sitting with Fern and going through what was currently going on in my mouth and what the best solutions would be was a very empowering feeling. Maybe it's just me, but I like to know what's going on and why. To have this discussion and consultation was great.

I could actually go on about it. It was a positive experience.

Apart from that I must say that I was very impressed with the whole process, the big screen with my mouth on it, the nice music in the background, etc, etc.”
