  Firstly, most of these 5 star reviews aren't genuine. They were previously offering free movie tickets to people who gave them positive reviews in the waiting lounges. Ortho was always rude and serviced multiple people in a short time, running from one room to another, not leaving time for answering questions, concerns or providing aftercare advice like regular orthodontists. Its like a dental sweatshop. Some orthos work very few days and on alternate weeks, so they are always booked out, making your overall treatment longer. Their email servers also recently got hacked leaking personal information.

  Cindy the receptionist is great at what she does , always friendly with a nice smile and very helpful. A+++ professional customer service.
  
  Jacky Fa the the dentist , is very professional , I can trust his work as it's carried out with great heart and professionalism . His explanations are clear and j feel that I'm with someone very professional who knows what he's doing. In Jacky I trust. Can't go wrong!

  I’m near the end of a 3 year treatment with Dr Stephanie Tang. My experience has been positive all the way through. Dr Stephanie and all staff made me feel very comfortable and looked after. She is highly experienced and was patient with me through the entire. For the Staff at Collins Street Specialist, they are all professional and helpful.
  
  As I don’t work in the city, I always knew it would be a pain getting to my appointment, but it’s so worth the travel and the money!
  
  Highly recommended for people that want top quality service and peace of mind.

  I most definitely would recommend Collins Street specialist centre. I am currently under going Invisalign treatment with Dr Stephanie and the whole process has been so easy and wonderful so far. Everyone is so kind and happy to help and all your questions and concerns along the way are quickly answered. Working full time I also love that they have great opening hours where you can come in early or after work if you have a busy work schedule.

  I had an absolutely amazing experience throughout my brace treatment journey. Have gone from sad face to fab face! Dr Austin is very knowledgeable and caring; staff are always smiling and helpful. Great calming atmosphere instead of the typical clinical stark light setting. And Dr Austin always wear awesome aftershave too..!
