Just picked up our order and so happy. Food smells amazing and customer service was 11/10. Thank you so much ☺

Had my fair share of disappointing meals but thought id try the vale before I gave up on Chinese food in the Canningvale hood. Can't describe the mind blasting , fusion of bad cooking with a hefty price. If nandos sauce cant save it, its shameful.do yourself a flavour and order elsewhere.be thankful you read the reviews.god save our taste buds

Had takeaway on a Tuesday night. Fantastic food. Great variety of fresh veges, flavoursome sauces, plenty of meat. Best chinese I've had for a long time and I've had lots. I guess it depends on the chef who's on. Thanks VIcki.

I had dinnner delivered from Vale Chinese tonight.
ordered Singapore Noodles and Special Fried Rice.
Both dishes were excellent - hot, tasty, great flavour and generous portion sizes
Notably, the prawns in the dishes were huge, and there was a good number of them. The ratio of meat and vegetables to noodles and rice, were generous too.
    Would definitely order here again

The dim sum was honestly good. The standard was reasonably high and so far the food tasted fresh. I can't comment on their ala carte dishes. The service is satisfactory and we didn't have to wait long to get a table. There is too much hype with other bigger organisations like a Dragon Palace. I don't think we need to travel that far for a decent dim sum lunch.

Okay food, but the pricing, way too expensive! The 'menu' doesn't even tell you the price Also you have to pay for a container and a surcharge for cerdit card!

Not as busy as before which is good for me. Used to wait for 15 minute to eat. Dim Sum was good and service is not bad as well. WA unemployment rate really took a bite on those restaurant. Hopefully price will come down to a certain level that everyone start eating outside again.

Last weeks we come back and hope the price will come down due to competition and bad market. but to my surprise , every food i ordered was increased price. there is no much customer in the shop and they never took the lesson seriously as other shop are lowering the price and trying to get more customer. There is no listing price at the menu. don't presumed you know how much you are ordering. the total bill might shocked you and not to mention a 1.5% surcharge on credit card.
BTW , the food(dim Sum ) is not bad and the service is great .

Absolute disgrace of a place! The service was quick as there were only 5 people in there but the food was luke warm and glugy. I had leftover food so asked for a takeaway container to which they wanted payment for absolutely ridiculous. I also asked for a glass of tap water and she replied we don't have tap water, only bottled water. I then proceed to pay and there is a sign takeaway container $.50c & another saying paypass/credit is an extra $1 surcharge, she asks if I'd like to paypass and I state no because of the sign. I had to go to the wollies around the corner for a bottle of water to wash the gluggyness from my mouth. Safe to say I'd never return to this place.

My order was a takeaway meal consisting of Satay Chicken, Fried Rice and Spring Rolls.
The satay chicken was not edible as were the spring rolls unfortunately The Fried Rice was the only dish we consumed. Would not recommend.

Gave only 3 stars as service was extremely poor. Had to ask the waitress to fill up the tea pot 3 times. Took them 15mins to get around to doing it and the restaurant wasn't even busy. Need to clear our table of empty plates for the wait staff. They don't seem to even notice the the empty plates on the table. Food wise was pretty average. Nothing to get excited over.

One of the worst, if not the worst Chinese restaurants if ever eaten at! No customer service, a total disgrace. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who appreciates good Chinese food. Never again!

Decent place to enjoy decent Yum Cha. Price is reasonable but will not say it's fantastic in taste. At least do not have to go all the way to City central to enjoy Dim Sum. Parking is fairly ample especially those near the close-by shopping centre.
