Staff were very helpful and friendly when booking my vehicle in for a diagnostic of my BMW following some fuel supply and drivetrain issues in recent weeks. Even made room for me to come in ASAP given the vehicle was inoperable for 20 min plus periods.
Unfortunately, this is where my good experience ended.
I left the vehicle with them for 1 day for a diagnostic on the vehicle, and all they did was clear the fault from the car’s computer and told me to come back if it happened again (which I made a follow up appointment while I was there because I knew it would fail again).
Lo and behold on my way home (with $158.00 hole in my pocket) after collecting my car, the same issues had me stranded on the side of the freeway.
I returned to the workshop only to be told, the same fault has come back but we don’t know what the problem is. Could be a wiring issue (4-5hours labour to check). What a waste of my time and money. I was no better off than I was before I took my car in. And I could’ve cleared the fault myself for far less than the cost they charged.
Luckily for me I took my vehicle for a second opinion. Within 30 minutes, the Fuel Pump Control Unit (EKPS) was diagnosed as the issue, replaced, reprogrammed and fixed in under 2 hours.
Surely If you’re doing a diagnostic on a fuel pump issue, you check the fuel pump control unit? At least I thought you would

Fantastic experience at European prestige auto service! Was my first service on my 1 series, I was really impressed with the customer service and knowledge from the receptionist, she's was fantastic! Showed me how dirty the old filters were and also went through what needs doing, when we can do it and how much it will cost, couldn't ask for a better service! Will definitely be coming back.

The team at European Prestige are brilliant! They went out of their way, far above and beyond a normal service, to fix my car on a tight time frame and on a tight budget. They're super friendly, helpful and genuinely trustworthy which is a rare find nowadays. I'm so glad I found them, they now have a customer for life!

I recently purchased an X5 that had a lot of work done by the apprentice Matt or Max at this workshop.
Upon inspection I was blown away by the neatness and quality of the work that had been conducted, all nuts and bolts looked near new, every hose clamp was facing in the same direction for easy access, covers were cleaned to the bone and some of them even looked painted. I look forward to coming by and bringing this car and my others in for any work needed.response / report this review -

Just not up to scratch; they don't have the spares on site so anything but a oil change can take days. They can't fix complex issues because they are not a dealer. Prices are just as expensive as going to a dealer. So don't waste your time here.

I took my BMW here for a service, and I honestly I think it was the best decision I've ever made.. They definitely know what their doing.. Highly recommend if your looking for a reliable BMW mechanic.

Its hard to find a good Auto Service in Perth for Audi nowadays. Its a great pleasure that i stumbled with European Prestige Auto Service for my periodic maintenance check. They were accommodating and friendly. Their work also speaks for itself. The quality, the efficiency, everything was a 5-star value.

I had to take my BMW for a transmission flush, filter and sleeve replacement to these guys. Needless to say they were happy to accommodate my worries and assisted me in explaining what needed to be done to the car. I even got the opportunity to speak to Ivan who was a very knowledgeable mechanic which made me trust these guys even more. After job was done I am happy to say the transmission shifts better than before and the car drives like a dream. Even though the prices are high compared to competitors I rather pay a premium and get the best job done than cheap out and have doubts. Thanks again for a great service.

Always friendly and helpful, these guys are highly qualified professionals who really know their stuff, and they understand what real customer service is.
Their prices are reasonable and they don't charge for unnecessary work.

I had my Citreon Berlingo van serviced at Bibra Lake European Prestige last week. I am female and always a bit cautious about being ripped off by mechanics. However, these guys gave me confidence that they are not like this. Jon is British and really knew his stuff when it came to explaining to me all about the exhaust system, timing belt (which was due to be changed), fan belt and all the other aspects of a major service applicable to the Citreon. He showed me the worn parts he had replaced. They loaned me a vehicle free of charge for 24 hours while they worked on the van. I was never pleased with All Pike when I used to live north of the river and take the van there for servicing (4 times). I shopped around in advance of this service hoping to not have a similar experience to All Pike and was reassured by Jon's manner and knowledge over the phone. They also came up a few hundred dollars cheaper than two other like-for-like quotes I had. Tony the owner is also nice to deal with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.

After hearing good things about European Prestige, we decided take our Passat to them resolve a longstanding issue that Barbagallo Volkswagen could not seem to fix. Within a few days the issue had been resolved and at a very reasonable price. If you're looking for a European car specialist you can trust to get the job done, you can't go wrong with Tony and the gang at European Prestige Auto Service.

I want to start by saying the people there are polite and friendly. Initially for a few small jobs I was happy with their service. However. After having some significant work done, my car has never been the same since. Several problems that never existed before arose immediately after collecting my car from them. I had to take the car back to them multiple times and the problems never got resolved, I eventually lost faith in their abilities. A girl should be able to fully trust their mechanic. I was so upset and disappointed that whatever was done to my car has ultimately just made it worse. I've spoken to many other euro mechanics who all say they have also heard bad things about Prestige. I just wish I had known this before I put my car in their care.

These guys went above and beyond to sort out my BMW M5 (my non-human baby). They knew exactly where and what the issues were and gave professional & reasonable advice. It's so difficult to find an honest workshop nowadays and I'm so glad I sent my car here! Thank you so much!!!
Don't bother with Auto Classic - they only know how to throw YOUR money at parts without solving the problem.response / report this review
