Arrived on time, was extremely helpful with all our luggage and disability issues. Nothing was too hard or difficult. Went out of his way to get us to the closest entry door and made sure we were safe and ok. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended!! Saif is amazing to deal with during the many times when we had needed a Maxi Taxi for our father. Ahmed the driver goes above and beyond, even assisting pushing my father inside the house when I needed help without me asking. Their service is outstanding in that even when the taxi is running behind schedule, we are continuously updated by Saif. Thank you for providing a high quality and trustworthy service every time!

Excellent and friendly service from the airport. Despite a 1 hour delay, Gary was super chilled and he went out of his way to help my mother who was exhausted and in a wheelchair. He fashioned a headrest for her and frequently checked she was comfortable. Highly recommend.

Travelled with Taxi Maxi today for my big interstate move involving 2 crated dogs and almost 20 boxes. My plane arrived 40 mins late but the driver and company remained in contact and ready to meet me when I’d disembarked.
The service was incredible, I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. They made what might have been a very stressful process smooth and enjoyable. Thank you so much.

Saif really looked after our 4 employees recently when we had work in Melbourne, collecting them from Templestowe early each morning and transporting them to the city, & returning to collect in the afternoon. He was polite, punctual, helpful and obliging. The vehicles were spotlessly clean & disinfected inside before our guys entered the taxi each time. He is also a very skilled and safe driver. We would have no hesitation in recommending Saif and his team, or using their services again. Thanks again Saif for your excellent service!

Very professionally and exceptionally clean! Our driver collected us in a Mercedes V250, and waited patiently for us to get our unorganised selves together. Ash was easy to talk to and very accommodating stops along the way. 10/10 would recommend.
