Clean rooms. Stayed here a couple of times for work. Only short stays. Love the total black out blinds. Close to some good eating venues.

Wonderful location on the Swan River. Rooms are relatively spacious and well kept. Try getting a river facing room if possible! I'll definitely be visiting again.

What an incredible venue for my extended stay in Perth! Magnificent views across the sheltered bay, beautifully appointed and perfectly clean rooms, wonderfully friendly staff and even a special welcome gift made for the best away from home experience I have ever had. The motel is in a quiet and up-market location surrounded by great dining, or hop on a bus for a 10 minute free ride into Perth City for all it has to offer.

Beautifully located on the river, close to great restaurants and cafes, clean cosy rooms, and most importantly very friendly staff who are willing to go above and beyond to make your stay more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for 10 nights on a business trip the service staff and location are wonderful. The rooms are very well appointed and there is plenty of food options within easy walking distance. If I was to come back to Perth for work disabled would be at the top of my list for places to stay. It has been a fantastic experience

Stunning location overlooking the water. My Room was above the royal Bar which had a stunning view. Wifi in room helped especially since I could continue working on wifi even when in the bar downstairs. Very handy.
Rooms are ok. Good amount if space but bathroom could be more modern. Location, views and convenience make it a great stay.response / report this review
