Fraser Suites is the worst hotel I have ever booked with. Though they claim to be a 5 star hotel I highly disagree, it's not even worth 1 star. Their booking staff are incompetent and incapable of even taking our reservation details correctly. Could not spell our name or email correctly despite having to repeat it multiple times. Upon not receiving a confirmation email we were required to contact the reservations team again a week later, only to find they had no record of our name or booking because they had spelt it incorrectly. After a second time not receiving a confirmation email we decided not to continue with the booking and stayed elsewhere. Days later we were charged the full amount for the booking despite only ever providing our phone number and email. We NEVER provided our credit card details - very shady. Fraser Suites is very unprofessional and if this is what the reservation was like, I hate to think what the hotel service and facilities are like. I encourage everyone to stay elsewhere!!!! Don't get scammed!!!!!!

Loved it. I had a 1.5hr treatment. Full body massage and a facial. Amazing. Treated like a princess. Worth every cent and I recieved 33 points back towards my next holiday because of my amazing travel club. Will definitely go back.

We had our company Christmas party at Fraser Suites and it was great! The venue looked new and clean and there was ample parking around the area. Would recommend this place for a function!

My husband took me for my birthday. Rooms were lovely. The bathroom was quite odd though. It was massive and didn't keep in theme with the beautiful apartment. Breakfast was out of this world. Pool and spa were great. Enjoyed a drink I the lobby bar. Was lovely.

Amazing place. Amazing location. Staff are fantastic. Special mention for Javier who goes the extra mile to ensure his quests are happy and Asmita who has done an amazing job with servicing my room. Suggest that quests that have a long stay like 2 weeks should be allowed free parking

Often used to visit the bar in the lobby here. Pint glasses are nologer available ..schooners are now the same price. Staff are usually friendly. If you visit during slower hours staff are often running between the bar and restaurant area on double duty it seems. Otherwise the environment is comfortable with tasteful typical hotel lobby decor

Very comfortable well kept hotel for business travel. Breakfast buffet is top quality. Gym is large and modern with great equipment. The beds are unbelievably comfortable, I normally hate soft beds because they hurt my back but it's like sleeping on a cloud. Not many eateries or shops in short walking distance but room service is delicious and almost entire menu gluten and dairy free! Yay!

Great hotel!! Will stay again if we are there.
The one bedroom was well equipped (with dish washer, washing machine, and dryer, even a bath tub and balcony) with lots of space. My 2yo toddler loved the space.
They also had a well equipped gym and a lap pool.
The not so goods: there was no coffee machine in the room, the air conditioning was not working very well and they had issues resolving it.
Parking is not the most convenient. there is limited paid parking, but also available limited public parking on the adjacent roads ( free after 6pm, and on weekends).

Clean, modern rooms. Very limited over night room service, and shower pressure a little low, but those are my only gripes. Service was nice, room was not huge, but certainly not small, and quite nice, and the complementary bottled water was a lovely touch. I'd stay there again.

Good conference venue - good views and lighting. Location is down the east end of town but easy enough to get to via public transport.

the rooms are clean, the decor is modern, the amenities and appliances are great. the staff are all helpful and friendly, especially the housekeeping staff.

My friend and I had drinks at the bar. The bar tenders were very nice with great service. We had the "chips" which turned out to be far more like wedges than chips, but tasted good regardless. They do need to replace the rug/carpet as it is looking old and stained. Also the chairs were particularly uncomfortable and unfuctional despite looking nice.

Friendly and helpful staff! The food is good but takes a while to get to you. I also was served a warm beer which wasn't great. Gym and pool is pretty good but the pool could do with a decent clean. Great view of the WACA from my room.
