Check in time delayed after the 2pm time given. Balcony nice but not cleaned. Cigarette butts. Rubbish from previous tenant presume after room cleaned left outside door still there next morning. Toilet backing up..

Helpful friendly staff. Very nice apartment hotel, it could use some improvements, shelves, dressers, hooks / shelf in bathroom. Great to have the fridge and kitchenette.

Really disappointed, the two bedroom apartment we booked for two nights was tiny. There was very limited cookware to use. The floor was sticky on arrival with a huge big puddle outside our room. Our room overlooked a building and if you crammed your head and looked over the balcony you glimsed some water. We had high expectation going off their website selling what looked like a lovely veiw and spacious apartment only to be disappointed. Ruined our little getaway. Would not recommend if asked by friends and family that's for sure.

Please don't book a 2 bedroom unit at these appartments.
Smallest room we have ever seen room no 29.
Nowhere to live and
DEFINITELY NOT ROOM FOR 4 BAGS.
Area to far away from action.

This venue was dirty, the rooms were cramped , and we did not get the room we booked, beware the extra charges. We booked a room for two and were told on entry to the cafe in the morning that we could have either a cooked or buffet breakfast included, after we left we noticed a charge on our credit card for $22.00 , we called an queried the charge and were told we only get one breakfast included and as my partner had a coffee and a bowel of fruit with yogurt, we needed to be charged the extra $22.00
The rooms were small and there is no storage in the bathroom so you have to put your toiletries on the floor YUK, don't stay here.response / report this review -

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Pier 21 late February this year. Our room was luxurious and great value for money. Beautiful views from our room, loved watching the swans on the river and people walking their dogs in the park! Staff were very friendly and professional. I hope we can stay again soon.

Pier 21 was a great place to stay. Really relaxing, the apartment had everything to make a stay comfortable. I especially liked the Nespresso coffee machine.

Although small, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The view was fantastic. We could even spot starfish in the water from our balcony.
