It's good, the pool is great. Hire car recommended as it's not close to the main street of Port Douglas. There's a point where I'll just talk about how nice Port Douglas is and not really about the hotel instead so I'll just stop here.

Friendly staff with amazing local knowledge. Room was well equiped and very spacious, kitchen was nice, we only paid for a 1 bedroom apartment but had a 2 room instead, no conplaints on that. We had the swim out room which I would consider a must when staying in a tropical area like Port Douglas where in early October the temps ranged from 27-33 degrees. I would like give this hotel a 5-star given its tideness, comfort and location however when booking there was no mention that housekeeping only called on the room either once weekly or on departure, should you need extra towels these are available at a cost.

Beautiful poolside balconies and verandas as well a nice tropical feeling. It's also a short walk away from the beach and just a 5-10 minute drive to the dock which gives you an open window to take an amazing cruise to Australia's most amazing landmark: The Great Barrier Reef.

Great location, and extremely helpful concierge. Handed us a map and explained all the local recommendations including a pizza bar within walking distance, and the closest bottle shop, which came in handy shortly after getting to our room. Pool was also a nice touch for the bottom floor rooms.

Swim out room was so great. Staff was very kind and helpful. Everything was super awesome until the morning that I turned on the air conditioner which dropped an alive cockroach on the last day

This complex has aged a fair bit over the years and is located on the outskirts of Port Douglas. Our unit had a musty or damp smell throughout the bedrooms which was a little off putting - damp-end our enthusiasm so to speak.
The units are larger then normal with some having access directly to the pool. Good BBQ areas and very clean.
The staff are very professional and friendly.
There are lots of better quality in the area however if price is your priority this is probably one of the better choices in the area.
