Went shopping for a go pro and couldnt believe the lack of interest and knowledge from the staff there. Spent a total of 10 minutes there then walked out and bought one at Harvey norman. Definitely off the list.

Lovely staff with excellent knowledge. Grant the staff member who assistanted me today knew alot about the products i was looking at mainly ovens .he even asked what shory of cooking my family does the most , as in uses stove top or oven more what options are most important so he could show me the best options. He was happy to print out information. I will go back and would happily recommend to family and fiends

That is admirable, and I have never had better service anywhere in Bendigo.

Bought headphones thru eBay from Gooduys at Bendigo. A year later the right hand speakers stopped working. So I mailed them back under the manufacturers 2 year warranty - Goodguys replaced them immediately - great service. Also told me I could have dropped them into a local outlet if I'd rung and asked - saving postage.
