John and Nico did a fantastic job installing a multi unit with two inverters at our place. Wasn't the most straightforward job for a few reasons but they made things work really well and were great to deal with. Advance were more expensive than some other options we looked at but you get what you pay for so we're glad we went with them

I've been looking for a long time of an Evaporative Cooling . I asked for a quote in 4 different companies.I can't compare and can't settle because they are all very expensive !Some of them just gave the quote without even looking of the property.Good thing I asked my church mate whom she told me a lot of positive feedback about Advance Heating and Cooling. I called the company and what a big difference it was! First the reception who book in for my appointment who was so friendly and booked us for earliest possible time. Then Frank the sales manager that gave us the quote.He is polite,friendly, not pushy about the product. and gave me good advice on what to choose.And I was very surprise how good the price is when I compared the same unit to other company. I settled in to Advance Heating because they were honest,friendly, not pushy and will definitely will look after your needs without ripping you off. I will also commend those 2 boys who came to the house to install the product.Both Enzo and John did a fantastic job to our home! They are the dream team!They made sure everything is in perfect order,gave their 101% to ensure the costumer is happy and not even complain.The weather quite warm that day 34 degrees but still they manage to smile and do their best to finish on time! They take pride in their work,hardworking and reliable. All of them are asset to the company! The Product is top notch when I tried it! It even exceeds our expectation. This company was great from beginning to end. To start off, Frank who initially came to give me a quote on my ducted heating saved me about $ 6,000 (dodgy company telling me I needed a new heating system installed, when in fact all that was needed was a service!). This followed by a recommended plumber who did the service. Saving so much money meant I could afford to get cooling installed and the good service continued. The installation guys were equally friendly, quick and cleaned up after themselves. Great service by all, thanks, Sabin

One star is too generous! Very very poor service, can't speak of their products as they failed to install any form of aircon system. Two surveys were carried out, dates booked, deposit paid, and then when the contractors turn up, 'sorry we can't fit it'.

I called and want to buy ducting + installation. After being put on hold, I was told they will not sell and install ducting unless I purchase the entire system from them.

I have been dealing with Advance Heating And Cooling for a while now, and i must say that their expertise comes second to none. They show patience and a deep understanding in the specific needs of the customer. I highly recommend this company before anything else regarding this service.
